The name says it all. Dan responded in timely matter and installed a difficult gas hot water heater. He had to come out 3 days in a row to fix our situation and did so with professionalism and concern. I can't say enough good things about this company and service. We had a leak in upstairs shower that was leaking through the ceiling downstairs, and we thought it would cost hundreds to repair. We scheduled an appointment with Ethical to take a look. Dan and James arrived on time and were very professional. Dan spotted the problem immediately and took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done. They had the problem corrected within an hour; and what we thought would cost hundreds was less than $200. Hopefully, I will not have any plumbing problems for a long time, but if I do, I will call Ethical and no one else. I highly recommend them.

Very professional. They replaced a shower valve, which was considered a hard job by another company; and for a considerably lesser price. Ethical took the time to explain each step throughout the repair process, which made me very comfortable with their work. I will definitely utilize their service again.
