+ -1 moreWhen we set up an appointment, they gave us the day and a window of time they were going to come out. They called and had to cancel because they did not have enough representatives to fulfill their appointments. They offered us a $50 discount on an order. We then called to set up the SECOND appointment where they again gave us the day and time frame. When the day came, we waited and when no one showed up, we called to confirm that they were coming and they had CANCELLED it again but this time had not called. They again offered us $50 and we are not going to fall for that again.
Description of Work: We set up an appointment to have them come out and give us a quote on a rental home to replace all carpet.

+ 0 moreThe sales person came a few days before with an assortment of samples, going over the different styles and construction. After I made my selection, he went over the cost of the carpet and insallation. I wasn't sure before If I was going to be able to afford all 4 rooms I wanted to do, but he worked with me, applied discounts, and made it work within my budget. Their crew arrived on time and performed the removal and installation in the time frame they gave me, 4 hours. They didn't take any breaks, cleaned up all the debris, and even managed to keep things clean despite a driving rain storm.
Description of Work: Laid new padding and carpet in 4 rooms, removed and hauled off old carpet and padding.
