Ed is very knowledgeable about real estate and houses in general. He also maintains a list of reputable service providers. As a first-time home buyer, it was very reassuring to have Ed's advice. Later, my husband and I were very picky when shopping for our house together. Even though we looked at over 40 houses over several months, Ed stuck in there and never seemed frustrated. The house we eventually chose turned out to be a very long and complicated purchase so we were glad of Ed's expertise. He was always there when we needed him and I felt he stayed on top of things until close. Even then, he didn't just disappear like most agents but has stayed in touch to make sure things are okay and see how our home renovations are going. We used another "top-selling" agent during our time in Charlotte and were disappointed on almost every count. Ed had us spoiled. We were glad to move back to the area and work with him again.
Description of Work: Ed found a house for me and walked me through my first house purchase process. He also handled selling the house years later. With his advice and efforts, my first house sold in two weeks. He later found another house for myself and my husband.
