Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing

We wasted hundreds of dollars with Carolina Heating and Air, who failed to diagnose/fix the problem. One trip from Easy Air and they identified the problem (which was obvious and insane that it was missed) and fixed it for a totally reasonable price. Better yet, they came out for free. Upon hearing how bad of an experience we were having with the other company, they offered to come for free to give a second opinion. Carolina Heating and Air came out 4 times, and wanted to do thousands of dollars of air rebalancing and insulation installation. Easy Air found the problem and fixed it in a single afternoon. We signed up for their membership, and so did a few of our family members and friends. Highly recommend.

I still have the same that I had before someone came out. would like to get this vibrating problem resolved.

Had AC repaired, 5 years old unit under warranty and Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing refuses to honor the warranty.

Another Service Provider had told me my heat pump unit needed replacing but Easy Air checked it out and found a bad contactor. They replaced the contactor, and the unit has been running fine ever since.

I had a blower motor replaced and the unit cleaned. The tech was very professional and completed the work timely. My only concern was the cost of $1500 or $1300 with the maintenance program. My bad for not comparing with other services.

Fantastic experience. Griff (HVAC technician) was extremely helpful - both in explaining the issue/my options, and fixing our non-functioning central a/c in a timely, cost-sensitive manner. I really appreciate his honesty, as he took the approach of "what would I do if this was my home" rather than fixating on making a big-ticket sale. That ethical approach isn't taken by everyone out there, and I think it has made me a loyal fan of his work and Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing as a company. Note: they do encourage you to become a "service member" at a rate of $10/month, in order to remove the dispatch fee ($79) and get some extra free maintenance checks each year. That service membership also gets you about a 10% deduction on parts and labor... so keep that in mind if you're thinking about a high-ticket job.

The owner is outstanding, she is all about customer service. And they completed the job in one day.

We were very happy with how fast they were able to get our system installed.

I was not there upon completion of the project, but felt as though I was. Great communication from the time I called until the job was completed. There were a few screws left on top of my heat pump, and a few screwed partially in, but the capacitor worked, and I made the few adjustments. I will use them again.

We got off to a rocky start but they worked for days to make sure everything was right.
