A few details needed to be followed up on, but the service was good, and the final project complete. I would hire them again. They had good ideas on duct layout to minimize extra soffit construction.

Was quick, excellent quality work. Found the problem quickly, cleaned the part and reinstalled and have been trouble free! The best in Greenville!

our old ac decided to die so had to have a new one put in, eastergard was great, had a reasonable quote and got a better complete system for about what the other companies were charging for a lesser ac only unit, Eastergard even lent us a couple window ac units to use until our new system could be put in.

I was informed that the valve was bad and needed replacement. I had been informed by another company that you could not replace the valve alone, but had to replace the valve and the core. Their cost was $2000.00. They also suggested that I may as well spend another $2000.00 and replace the six year old unit. Eastergard's repair people said that was not true and did the honest, christian and right thing by replacing the valve only for $800 dollars. Although I thought their charge for R-22 was extremely high, since the other company had already charged me for 3 lbs. I have had R-22 replace on my other property for $65/ lb, so I thought the charge was high ($384.00 for 1 refrigerant).

I came down stairs in the early morning to realize the heat was out. I called at 7:30 am and was given a service time later that morning someone would be out. They called me, when to tell me, specifically who, was 20 mins. away. He arrived on time, explained what was going on and promptly reported back exactly what was done. He was very personable and professional.

They are professional and courteous.

They were excellent. They responded promptly. The workman did good work. They did different things. They were reputable company. Their price was reasonable. They did everything that they were supposed to do. I would use them in the future.

The estimator was professional and prompt and returned after the work was done to double-check. The installers were also professional, prompt and very neat. We had an unusual problem after they left with some water leakage. This turned out to be a joint in the drain line that had never been sealed properly when the house was built and was dislodged by the new work. Eastergard promptly sent a competent repairman to fix the damage. New unit works great and the size recommended by Eastergard does the trick for cooling the upstairs that the old unit could never handle.

HVAC duct was damaged in a flood. Their bid was the best that I received and that is why I went with them. They were clean and efficient and professional. The only problem I had was that they never did a final output inspection on the job to make sure the air was evenly distributed. That was the only things I would have preferred. But overall the experience was a good one and I was pleased.

Service provider was very thorough and answered questions fully. Very professional. We had this company completely redo our ducts and equipment 2 years ago during house renovation. Always on time and careful.

We were expecting to have to replace our air conditioner. The gentleman that came out (I don't remember his name) was wonderful. He was professional, polite and focused. As he began to look over our air conditioner he told me what he found and said he would try his best to get it working. He did indeed and at minimal cost. He also educated me about what we were going to be needing down the road and how to best keep my air conditioner running smoothly. I was thrilled! I did not get taken advantage of and I learned a thing or two. I used them in lieu of my regular heating and a/c company because I needed someone to come quickly and Eastergard picked up their phone immediately and had me schedule for the very same day. My plumber was the one who recommended them to me when I moved to the area. He said if he ever goes out of business he is going to work for Eastergard because they know what they are doing and they do it well.

They were unresponsive in taking care of what I needed and I would not use them again. The new generation people are not as responsive. Mr. Easterguard, the older man was very professional and responsive and he maintained his business in this location for quite a number of years. I think he is retired and I think is turning at least part of the business over to his son and the young man just hasn’t impressed me.

They have replaced my air handler almost 2 years ago which was how I ended up getting them in the first place. They are absolutely wonderful. Their price was wonderful and they did this great work where they fabricated stuff to fit because the house is old and the air handlers in a little closet and they spent the better part of the day getting it all in there. If I want anything done on my heating and A/C, I would probably use them. I think they are an A on the price because I certainly have not heard of any cheaper prices.

Eastergard has been providing my HVAC services for years, and this last appointment was perfect, as usual. Tom showed up on time, did his job quickly and thoroughly. He was careful not to track mud into my home. Everything was explained from start to finish. This is the first time we had a question about the bill we received, and the owner of the company called me personally to explain the situation and make sure that it was handled to my satisfaction. I was so impressed with this in particular that I've decided to purchase an annual maintenance contract with Eastergard. If only ALL service providers were such good, honest businessmen! I highly recommend their services to any and everyone!

My other unit had given up and they loaned me a couple of space heaters until they could get my unit installed. They did this at no charge. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They've come out and serviced my unit. They come when they say they're coming. They're very personable and just extremely courteous and friendly. They're very knowledgeable and know everything there is to know about their field.

PAINFUL!! One of the worst service experiences ever. 5/9 our air upstairs wasn't cooling, called Eastergard. Recharged freon, charged $138.00 for 1/2 hour. Unit stopped cooling again 5/21, I called to get them back out. They came by and added some freon, which made it work 2 days. 5/23 came and did a leak search, determined evaporator coil in the attic needed replacement. Gave me an estimate of $1000 for this type unit. Temp. was high 80's or 90's each day, slept downstairs most nights until they could get back out on 5/30. They didn't show up that day. Didn't call as of 5/31 at noon. I called them, promised to come out 6/1, I asked if the $1000 cost would be add'l or minus the $138 paid 5/9, they said add'l. Came out to install 6/1, after about 2 hours said almost done. Worked several more hours, wouldn't cool. Said the earliest they could get back out was 6/4. I demanded sooner, so tech came 6/2 A.M and fixed. Billed me $1175, won't return my calls 6/11, 6/18, 6/20 about higher bill.

I was referred to them by a co-worker of mine. I was so happy I referred them to some other co-workers, now I think the whole office uses them. They just do good work and are good people. The prices are fair and they respond quickly.

We were very impressed with them. They were able to offer us several choices of brands and models. That is great because the first estimate from another company was $20,000. They did not try to force us into more than we needed. They were up front about everything. We are going to be hiring them for the job very soon.

We woke up in the pre-dawn hours on Sunday morning to find the house cold and a strange noise and smell coming from the heating vents. As soon as 9:00 am came around, my husband called Eastergard and left a message on their emergency system. Joel called back shortly thereafter. Even though it was Sunday, he came out to evaluate the problem. And he was spot-on time! When he realized that the parts we needed were not in stock, he loaned us two space heaters to help us through the night. Our unit was two weeks out of the five year warranty period, but they remembered that we had trouble with the unit before, so he spoke to the local TempStar representative and managed to get the parts for free! Late Monday afternoon, the parts came in. Most companies would have waited to do the work till the next day, but not Eastergard! Tom came out after hours, replaced the parts and tested the other components to ensure that we would not have any further problems with the unit. I could not be happier!

I have always been happy with Eastgurad and their work. I use them for other things as well. I have no complaints with them as a company at all. The workers are very nice, and they are very talented. When cleaning my ducts they never leave a mess I mean; they never get dusting all over my home like a previous place once did in the past. Pricing is hard to say. They only come once a year to do this, and I am not quite remembering what they charge me for this.
