Description of Work: We hired Eastergard to inspect our HVAC system for the coming season. A full inspection which also addressed specific issues, was done. The technician also cleaned our compressor. Our price includes a fall inspection of our heating system also.

Description of Work: Installed heat pump. The installers were a bit late, but they did a fine job, and finished quickly. The installers were professional and answered all of my questions. However, when it came to explaining the touchscreen thermostat both the installers and the salesman had difficulty explaining how it worked. When I had a question about the system, it took them longer than a day to get back to me. Overall, I was generally pleased with the service and the price.

Description of Work: Have used Eastergard for over 10 years. Very responsive. Had my entire HVAC (two units) replaced about 5 years ago. Great service.

Description of Work: They installed a tankless gas hot water heater as replacement for a powered-vent water heater that was no longer working. I purchased the new water heater separately for an additional $1250. Eastergard just did the installation. |Old water heater was not working, so they were able to schedule the job for the next day which was very helpful. |They were able to complete installation in 1 full day, including removal of the old water heater. there was only 1 small leak fixed at end of day which they had to come back the next day to confirm was correct.

Description of Work: Our AC had stopped working in the middle of the night in summer! At 8AM I called Eastergard and they had someone here within two hours. He checked the unit and found the problem was a capacitor that regulated the fan on the outside unit. He had to have them drop of a new one as it was a different one than they carried on the truck. It was fixed in just over an hour. The serviceman was courteous and he cleaned the unit and checked the freon. The price was reasonable. The AC is working fine!
