EARTH GRAPHICS

We We used Chris previously right when opened Earth Graphics. He came to our home in Simpsonville and did a fantastic landscape plan for us. We planted as he laid it out and it was stunning. When we built our new house, we thought it would be a great idea to call him. We set up an appointment on the 16th of June for the 29th of June at 9 AM. Chris showed up on time. He met with my wife and I and we spent about an hour going over everything. He then took measurements of the yard and told us he would call. Nothing. We agreed on a price of between $500-$600 for the design and he said he would go back to his office and work on the plan. We haven't heard from Chris. When he initially opened his company, the design was done on the spot the same day. He stated he no longer does this as the van is not conducive to designing plans. We were hoping to get the plan the same day and start planting. It's really disappointing to spend time meeting and then no follow-up. We used another landscape designer and got our plan within about a week. We wills tart planting this Fall. I'm not sure if it was the price that prevented him from doing the job or what, but it's unfortunate. He did a great job on our first house.

Chris was on time, prepared, and did exactly what we agreed to. We are very happy with his services and the landscape design he created for us. The task of redesigning our yard has been on going for over a year now. We are doing all the work ourselves. We build a retaining wall per the design concept. We have used his design as a guideline and made minor changes along the way.

Everything went very smoothly. Chris came out for his first visit to see our yard and talk over our requests and problems that we'd been having. He then returned at our scheduled time on another day, and spent most of that day designing everything on a computer in his van, giving us beautiful layouts and plans to work from.

The job was done on time and at cost agreed to at the start. Very pleased.

Earth Graphics is a company I can not say enough about. Their work is impressive and they really relate very well to their customers. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris Stock and would highly recommend this quality company to others.
