I was wanting to relocate an old water heater. They advised me to just upgrade and replace with a newer unit. They got the whole job done in a couple hours for a great price. I'd recommend them.

Soldering was not professional. The company management sent another technician immediately and fixed the soldering.

They are not experienced enough to diagnose a problem and fix it correctly. Could have saved a lot of money if they were knowledgeable. After they could not clear main clog, they were going to have to camera the pipes. Went to another plumber who fixed the problem with out the extra expense.

I would without question use Duckett Plumbing again. It was a Saturday I called, needed my kitchen sink center faucet replaced, I provided the part and the tech replaced the center sink arm. Called them, and they helped within the same day, much appreciated! Only advise, ask what the guesstimate of charge would be upfront, this was a minor repair and I was surprised with the total charge. The money is not my issue here, just how expensive it is for such a minor fix...

I emailed HomeAdvisor and then Duckett Plumbing called me within 5 minutes! Scott was very polite and accommodating to my schedule and came out the same day to fix my problem. James, the repairman, called ahead of time to let me know when he would be coming and was very prompt. He had to go get the parts but was back quickly to finish the job. Was thrilled to know they are also on call 24/7!!!! Thanks Duckett Plumbing!

I called for service on my tankless water heater. I was made a priority schedule due to no hot water. They came almost immediately. Diligently worked on the problem and quickly resolved my issue. BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING at my house for 15 min corrected valve on shower charge was $250 if you re going to have a min service charge this should be disclosed from the start I certainly would have gone elsewhere.

Repairman was polite and on time. They had the parts available to do the repairs.

Communication very prompt! Total professional service from start to finish. My old hot water heater was removed from the attic and replaced with a tankless unit housed outdoors. Hopefully, the hot water will be readily accessible. Yes, I would highly recommend Duckett Plumbing. 👍

This is the WORST plumbing company you can hire. I had them replace a flush valve and it was not done correctly causing water to run I n the bathroom floor after I got home from working night shift. I had to use a fan to dry the wall. I texted them they came and fixed it as he hadnt placed it correctly then they wouldnt even off to fix where the water reached the wall behind the toilet,. I texted them and called them and they never returned the call they charged me $250 just for that and ruining the wall behind the toilet. FOR GODS SAKE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! they prey on people!!! I dont want them to call me cause they will cheat you!!!
