Happy with their service, the technician came out Saturday evening to check my water heater and came back Sunday morning to install a new one. I am happy with the installation. Since this was an emergency situation on the weekend, I did not have a chance to do any comparison shopping at the time, but I checked afterwards. Seems their price was on the high side, but again, it was the weekend, and I would imagine that that makes it more expensive too.

Does great work but is a little higher than panther plumbing, but, they could get to it on the same day.

Unfortunately, he was running a little late, and I did not get to see his work done. But he did keep me informed.

They showed up fast and completed the job installing a new water hater in a few hours. On a Sunday. I do recommend, but you have to pay attention.

I had a leak on a Sunday under my house in the crawlspace. Duckett Plumbing is the only one who called me back right away. So if you have an emergency, they responded quickly. The others did not seem to be online over the weekend. Be careful if they hand you a HUGE estimate. LOOK it over carefully! I chose to get the necessary repair done, NOT replace the WHOLE house unnecessarily for over $4K. I paid 10% of that which I felt was still too high for a 15 minute repair. Home Advisor may not have been as well connected as I thought since only one plumber responded on a Sunday.

Came when he said he would, let us know the problem and had a team over 3 hours later to replace our water heater.

Andrew called to ask if he could come after he finished a job early evening. I said that it wasnâ t necessary to come out that late. He called early the next morning to follow up. Came out and, even though embarrassing for me, said drains were just clogged. I was prepared for a tear out. Thankful for the honesty. Will call them again.

On time and stayed until the job was completed. New tankless water heater worked excellent - never run out of water now.

We paid them to fix a 5 month old hot water heater that had just stopped working. The Tech said we needed 2 thermostats and 2 heating elements. He took our money replaced the parts. It did not work and he could not figure it out. I called the owner and ask for a refund and he said No. I told him my heater did not work and I was out $545.00. He sent out others to work on it that night but they could not fix it. I ask for our money. I told him to take the new parts out and refund some of our money. He still refused. I have also written to home advisor about this and have not heard from them either. Everyone be ware of this company. w

Only thing I did not like was that they charged me an unjustified fee of about $60 for paying with a credit card. That was wrong.

The installer was very nice and kept us informed. It was $2800 to replace our water heater and we did not know there was a 3.5% fee for using a credit card--or I would have written a check. The price was not provided up front.

Basic work went well. Price was high but OK due to it being a Saturday service call. The job was 90% completed but I have been unable to get the finishing details done.

The plumber promptly arrived and was pleasant but he was here for less than 15 minutes to replace a fill valve in our toilet. He told me I owed $250. I said, For that? He said they automatically charge $250 per visit as a base charge no matter what the repair! I've had fill valves replaced before and the cost has been half that charge. I will not call them again.

Quick service call within hour and did not rip me off but discovered water heater did not need replacing but washer in pop off valve was weakened. When I am ready to get new unit they will be the one to do it!!! Professional & Honesty!!!

Scott is very committed to customer satisfaction. We had a minor issue with the installation and the supervisor Michael rectified the problem. The employees are dedicated to making the customer happy and doing what it takes to complete the job.

Tankless water heaters are expensive but I am enjoying mine....great people to do business with...
