I was trying to just start with getting a quote. The contractor did not show up at all on the scheduled day nor did he call (which was a sunday). I did not receive a call from the company on monday as to why he did not show up. I had to call them and was told that he did show up and no one was home, which was a lie. I asked why he did not call and they said he did but it was the wrong number, which is funny because he called me by accident on Friday. I was then told that it would be at least 2 weeks before they could even get him back out to attempt an estimate again. No thank you. They are not organized to ensure that they have the correct phone number nor can they make an appointment on time not a great work ethic starting out. I did not give an f because maybe they do good work and someone else can look over this.
