They were on time and professional for the estimate meeting and then gave us an estimate of $400, based on the fact that they were going to need to remove some siding to see how extensive the damage was. They were on time and professional for the work as well. They finished in three hours and charged us $200 for the work, half of the estimate since the damage was not as extensive as they thought it might possibly be. They did excellent work.

David did a great job on all ceiling and sheetrock repairs. He had to come over several times to sand, apply more coats, and then sand again. For each visit, he was great about working with my schedule the best he could. He's very dependable, does great work and is well priced. He's my go-to handyman!

David and his crew did a variety of home repairs for us including: removing/resetting and recaulking two sets of shower doors that had been installed incorrectly, repairing a crack in master shower floor, recaulking all vanities, kitchen counters, bathtubs (3 bathrooms) and creating a small storage area off the master closet where our former water heaters were located. First off, David and his two crew were on time each day and they completed alot of painstaking work in just 3 visits, Tuesday, Weds. and Fri. of the same week. They arrived mid-morning and were gone by 5 p.m. each day. All the tasks were completed with care and competence. The fellows got right down to business, no chit chat. There was very little cleanup after they were finished as they cleaned as they went. We were very pleased with all the work completed, and in particular, with the storage room - which required installing fiberglass insulation, framing, drywall and wood flooring. It looked better than we could have possibly imagined. We would definitely call David back with future work we need done at our home!

David and his crew were very thorough. They showed up working and never stopped until the job was done. The work ended up being much more entailed than first thought and they responded with dispatch and worked through the issues as they arose. The extra work was extensive and David's bill for the job above his quote was very fair. The crew worked well into the night two evenings so the tile would be ready the next day for the next step. I will definitely use David again and can heartily recommend him.

David's Handy Work gave me an overall estimate for three minor projects. While the estimate seemed totally fair, I could only afford to focus on the electrical problem. He's courteous and professional. I liked working with him.

He was a nice person, however his hour rate is a little high 60 dollars an hour.
