My husband and I hired this company for a post-construction/move in clean. We discussed in detail what I wanted to make sure was done and was given a quote site unseen. We agreed on a price and I was told that her team had a lot of specialized equipment as well as experience with post construction cleaning. An hour or so after they had begun cleaning I received a call telling me that 'the house was much worse than expected' and that it was going to cost a lot more than we had discussed to get the job done right. She was obscure about her pricing and didn't explain herself well. I told her that we would like to stay within budget but we also didn't want a job half done. I was absolutely appalled when I arrived on site to take a look at what had been done. Not one single room was completely finished, the windows and sills were filthy, there was still dirt on top of all of the windows/fans/baseboards, there were still cobwebs everywhere, the outside of the washer was wiped but not the inside, no drawers were pulled out, there was drywall putty and paint spots all over the floor and in the bathtub, there was a ring around the toilet, toothpaste spots on the mirror and faucet. I reached out to her to attempt to get these things corrected and she told me that absolutely no more work would be done at this property despite the fact that the job had only been about 25% completed. She told me that if I didn't pay her within 24 hours that she would take me to small claims court and that she had text, pictures and phone records to hold against me. She told me that her team worked their hours and they should get paid for it. She does not take criticism well and will not come back to a property to fix mistakes her team missed. Do not waste your money on this cleaning service because you will be stuck finishing the job like my husband and me!
