Description of Work: It only cost me 85.00 because I am covered under Gold MD home systems insurance. My AC was out and the Cordell tech was fast, efficient, very professional. He fixed a electrical problem with the HAVAC system and had it running in no time.

Description of Work: Complete service and parts, along with optional cleaning of the unit. Unit was out of service, and Chuck diagnosed and fixed the problem IMMEDIATELY. Very prompt and professional!! Courteous! Great service at reasonable rates!

 + 1 moreEverything was handled efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. I suspected that I had a sensor failure on my gas furnace, but had Cordell come out and do a full look-over. They confirmed that my problem was the sensor, and even helped clean out the dust, etc which had caused the sensor failure. When I asked if I need a new furnace (due to it being about 10 years old) they were honest with their feedback and treated me very courteously. Would definitely use again.

This was not good and going to be very expensive. The provider went above and beyond and found out that my HVAC was still under warranty after 7 years! Thank you Anthony!

Biggest revelation was the appreciation of how important frequent cleaning of the air filter is for efficiency and cost. Even made sure the gate was closed as work concluded. I've got no other experiences with air-conditioning tune-up maintenance procedures, but despite my amateur status, my sense was that everything went very well ...and properly. I'm quite pleased.

Anthony sent his Technician Chuck to my house within a few days to do the work, Chuck was very knowlegeable and explained to me in detail every step of his check list during his visit and answered any concerns I had about my system. I would gladly recommend Cordell's for any HVAC service needs.

Well, I never got to call back because before I knew it Spring was here and Anthony called me to set up an appointment. Yes, I did indeed appreciate the call forgetting it was time to get my tune up. He sent his Technician Chuck to provide my service call. Chuck was very knowledge and explained to me as he went along what he was doing and the rating for each test he was providing. I would not hesitate to my Family/friends to call Cordell's in the future and recommend them if ask for a HVAC company to service their needs.

Description of Work: I purchased a gas furnace tune-up deal for $63.00. I tried to get in touch with them earllier with two different numbers and got no response. Once purchased the deal,I had to contact Angie List in order to have them get in touch with me. The technician was on time. I told him I suspected the thermostat was the problem. He checked it, said yes it was bad. I did not want a programmable t-stat, just the old fashioned kind. He didn't have one on his truck, had to leave & go to store. He installed the new one and gave me a bill for $126.90. $63.00 labor $78.00 other charges (I guess the T-stat) (14.10) discount I think because A L customer I asked about the $63.00 I had already paid as part of the offer and he said that had been figured in. I actually paid $190.00 counting that. I do not feel as though the system inspection was ever done
