Jake Dickens from the start to almost the very end represented the sellers adequately. From the day before closing until now that has certainly changed. On the day before closing I asked for a refrigerator to stay if the sellers were going not going to need it. Jake said that he woud ask. Later that afternoon, I found out the refrigerator was gone and I questioned Jake about it. He indicated that one of the sellers must have decided to take it. On the day of closing, I found out from one of the sellers that Jake wanted it. This was the first time that I questioned Jake's integrity. During the closing process, Jake looked me in the eyes and told me that if I had any issues with the home repairs to call him within the first couple of weeks and his statement was, "I will take care of it" Well, this morning, I contacted him about the electrical outlets in the bathroom and a light in the kitchen that did not work. These items were identified before hand and assured to me that they were taken care of. I directly asked Jake to stand behind his word and he said that he could not guarantee any of the repairs (so called I guess). I again asked him about standing behind his verbal agreement with me and he simply stated that I must have misunderstood. Let me assure anyone who is reading this review that I did not misundestand. This is a case of lying and manifpulation to get a sale. No integrity whatsoever!
