+ -1 moreThey were polite, professional and took really good care of me and resizing of my rings. I went by on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with them. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the cost and process. They told me the rings would be ready the following Wednesday but got them ready by Monday afternoon. I wanted to have this done by someone trustworthy and they met or exceeded all of my expectations.
Description of Work: Had them resize my engagement ring solitaire and wedding band after losing weight. The took the rings from size 7 to 5.5.

+ 0 moreVery professional and responsive. They described the fix that was needed and even recommended a less expensive, but what they felt was a better approach to the repair of the ring mount. You knew they could be trusted, which is refereshing when you're entrusting someone with an expensive item. Would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: An appraisal and a new mount was made for a diamond ring.

+ -1 moreThey are knowledgeable, established and they are not the high cost provider but they are reasonable and their skills are very high so I use them quite often. Sometimes they appraise some things for me also when I come across something and I need an appraisal then they do it for me. I have had many dealings with them and I wouldn't hesitate going to them as they are excellent.
Description of Work: I buy antique jewelry from Cochran Jewelry Co. They keep an eye out for antique jewelry and if they find something they think that it would interest me then they call me.
