Ed Gomez was alert,efficient, Punctual and thorough . He returned my first call Immediately even though It was Sunday. Very pleased with the work.

I liked the fact that even though they didn't show up exactly when promised I found upon returning home that in my absence they had done the job excellently--better, even, then I had expected. I recommend them highly.

Very professional and courteous service

Very nice and they came right out. However, the gutters weren't actually cleaned. Just the top of the gutter screens were blown off. I thought the downspouts were going to be cleared out (as I requested). We had to have another gutter repair company come out because we thought the newly cleaned gutters were leaking. Nope. Just really clogged. The second company actually removed the goosnecks in the downspouts and blew all the debris out.

Ed Is a very efficient worker, very pleasant, polite and arrived when he said he would. We did a walk around and made sure we were satisfied with the work upon completion.

If you are getting the complete property cleaned as I did, then be sure to allow three hours for the job. This includes the driveway deck patio stones and sidewalks. This was on a bi-level home. He has the right equipment to get the job done and now our house glows. No algae, mildew or bug stains. Yes, it is a little pricey, but don't forget it includes the windows which turn out spotless and when you spread this over a three year period, it is worth it.

I was impressed with the professionalism shown. Once the job is completed they review the work done and will not leave until you are completely satisfied. Very knowledgeable and accommodating!

Ed is a consummate professional in handling the service he provides and in his quick response to clients. He is friendly, down to earth, informative, yet tenacious, making one feel that he really wants the job. That is so refreshing!! Price was reasonable and competitive ...maybe even the lowest bid? You get a good feeling when you talk to Ed that he'll get the job done to your satisfaction. In regard to the power wash solution itself, it does the job intended to do, but an older home's painted surfaces may require some extra care. Just a heads up, but I would definitely use Clean Verde again. Go with Ed!!

Ed and his team power washed the outside of my house and also worked on my paver driveway to clean out weeds, apply sand, and apply sealant. All the power washing was excellent and thorough. The driveway had two problems that showed up in a couple weeks - some of the sand was leaking out on a sloped area and the sealant, which was supposed to give a darkened, wet look, had some light white spots. Ed came back a few weeks later and completely redid the driveway, adding polymeric sand on the sloped area and resealed the entire drive adding another 5 gallons to the original 10 gallons. After a few weeks and rains, the drive now seems to be holding all the sand and it looks great. I recommend them to everyone that needs power-washing of a deck, walkways, driveways, and exterior house trim - they do an excellent job. Also if something is not right, Ed will come back and work on it until it is right.

I had them clean the gutters and they did a good job. We negotiated the price and I was happy with the end result. They cleaned up after cleaning out the gutters and left my yard in good shape.

Arrive an hour and a half late but did a good job overall

Very professional and quick to address our gutter needs. Also provided recommendations and price quote for future maintenance and cleaning. Very accommodating as we were unable to be there at time of payment; was able to receive receipt by email and pay bill over the phone by credit card.

They were very detailed and took time to do things right. Happy with the outcome.

Ed was prompt and was able to do my house the next day. After the job was done, he inspected the work with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was so impressed by his workmanship I told him to put me on a yearly schedule.

Ed was on time and did excellent work. He did the house in only a few hours. I am very pleased with Ed and his work. The man who lives next door watched them do my house and he came over and asked Ed to do his house.

Although I was perfectly satisfied with the quality, the owner redid portions the following day because he was not satisfied. THAT IS TRULY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The young man that came and did the work was dedicated to doing a good job. We are very pleased with the work that was done, and we will hire them later in July for the rest of the work that needs to be done.
