 + -1 moreScheduled sales inspection twice with the same guy. Would have been an easy sale for them since they did the initial install for the previous owner. Both times he didn't show up for the appointment. When I let him know I was disappointed that I left work early just to get stood up, he starts getting an attitude with me. He started acting like it was my fault somehow. He even lied about the appointment time, even though I have all the text messages confirming. I was so upset I called and talked to the owner. He assured me he would work on it for me. I asked the owner to call me back after he had a conversation with his sales guy. Guess what he did? He had the same sales guy text me saying his boss told him I still wanted a quote!!! That's not even close to what I said. This was like another slap in the face. They clearly don't respect your time as a client and they clearly won't follow up with what you ask. I wouldn't hire these guys after my experience with them. There are still some outstanding AV companies out there. These guys aren't one of them.
