Christy was reaching out to new builders before we even arrived and giving her feedback to us. Once we got there Christy was super helpful even with last minute showings. She explained the nuisances of SC real estate in a way we could understand. From every step she was on top of things and let us know what to expect or what we needed to do. We loved working with Christy and we're bummed we won't get to see her again!

Christy is quite simply an excellent realtor and I would readily recommend her to others. I am moving from Boston to Greenville and reached out to Christy after reading her reviews on Angie's. Christy responded within 15 minutes and from that moment on made me feel like she was in my corner, which has been a great relief in the hectic madness of the move. Christy has a strong understanding of the market, was keen to understand what my needs and wants are and was very flexible in her timing to meet me during a holiday trip in SC. In addition, she helped me to keep my own financial goals in place by talking me down when I suddenly decided maybe I should go above the price limit I had set - that's when I knew Christy was a true professional!

Christy was a vital resource in helping us move into the Greenville area. Before we were able to visit the area, she provided several extensive collections of listings. After each list, she was very receptive to our feedback about which houses we liked and what aspects were the most likely to take a house off the list. The options she showed us got better and better as we looked and figured out what we actually wanted. She supported one EXTENSIVE house hunting trip where we spent four days looking at over 25 different locations. After our first choice was sold to someone else, she arranged another trip on short notice (3-4 days) with new listings. We ultimately closed on a house we saw on the second trip. During the showings, Christy was very good at letting us look at the house without interfering, but listening closely and providing answers and advice we wanted. She was also very careful to write down every question we had on a property which she couldn't immediately answer and was usually able to provide answers within a day. I can't stress enough how appreciative we were of her objectivity while we were looking at houses. Our last agent (in VA) was rather pushy, often commenting on the house, either positive or negative, before we had a chance to make our assessment. Christy would instead wait to hear our commentary, and then provide any insight from her experience (e.g. what it means if you see fog between window panes, why to avoid polybutylene pipes, etc.). She was very knowledgeable, but often went beyond her memory and sought out information important to us (e.g. methods to take care of a buried storage tank). During the negotiation phase and after the offer was accepted, she was very proactive in communications, passing our information quickly, giving us responses, and holding everyone to the deadlines we agreed upon. She also provided excellent support during the inspection process, helping to contact and schedule inspectors and the final walk-through to ensure repairs were performed. Even after we closed, she went out of her way to make sure that we got our copy of the documentation from the attorney. From the first time we interacted with Christy through to the very bitter end, she was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. We would definitely use Christy again and recommend her for anyone looking for a home in the Greenville area.

I found Christy on Angie's List while living in Houston TX. My husband and I wanted to have a look at Greenville for semi-retirement /retirement. I flew out for a week in May 2014 after having looked online and sent Christy our and quot;possibilities.and quot; When I arrived in Greenville, Christy had my viewings planned and even had a booklet made with the listings of possible properties . We sold our Houston home in August 2014 and decided to have a look at Greenville again, since we were drawn to one property in particular. Christy successfully guided us through the process of negotiation and purchase of the home. One thing that stood out was her quick response to my communications, unlike other realtors I have dealt with in the past. She is punctual, professional and detail-oriented and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is relocating or moving within the Greenville area.

Given that we were out of state home buyers, Christy arranged for a number of different showings for homes that fit our search criteria. She was very patient with us, as the home descriptions began to blur as the number of home tours increased. She kept good notes and reminded us of our comments as needed in the review process. After two separate visits to Greenville, we selected a home and used her market analysis to make a competitive offer. Christy was our conduit for inspections and negotiations throughout the purchase process. She served us well to provide prompt, informative updates, including pictures, as needed. As an example of her professionalism and attention to detail, she picked up on a problem during walk through that was remedied prior to closing, saving us a repair bill.

I didn't have to pay anything. It went well. She is a very good realtor. I would recommend her to others. She takes time and is very detailed in trying to find the products that you would need. The quality of service was good.

Christy is a very hard working and forthright real estate agent. She knows the Greenville area very well and is highly skilled in the paperwork aspect of home buying. If you use Christy to help you find your next home you will have a great home buying experience.

Christy worked with us for a couple months to find a home for sale. We weren't sure that we could secure financing, but that didn't discourage her. Most of the time we needed to visit houses for sale on the weekend due to work and that was never a problem for her. She has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable of her field. Once we found a house, she took care of everything, including inspections, working with the listing agent, all the details that made everything run very smoothly. We closed on time and love our new home.

Christy first looked over the house and met with me and my 4 siblings. She did not seem daunted by the sometimes volatile relationships in the family. She gave us good advice on things to do to make the over 40 year old home salable. She gave us suggestions for providers to replace floor covering and to paint the home interior. She listed the home 10-12-2011 and said the home would be sold in 6 months when the contract was done. She was right, almost to the day. Closing was on 4-13-12. Christy and her company gave weekly updates on numbers of times our home was returned in searches and other realtors were able to give us impressions from the people to whom they had shown the home. Christy also had several open houses and showed the house often herself. When the offer came in, she guided us in how to respond, and even though I was traveling, she found a way to have me sign the counteroffer electronically. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls. The process was as painless as possible.

I wasn't really impressed with her. She wasn't that friendly. She came to see my house and she kind of made it seem like my town house wasn't worth her time so I decided not to go with her. I just got a negative vibe from her. She got good reviews but I think she has a certain clientele she works with and if you're house isn't worth half a million dollars she doesn't want to deal with you. She seemed like she knew the market, just didn't have time for me. She was very responsive and punctual.

Christy was very professional and responsive throughout the whole buying process. From day one on scheduling to see a house to going through inspections and closing everything Christy did was responsive and quick, and on the buyers behalf. absolutely would use for any future real estste deals.

Christy was very professional at all times and was a big help to me in all aspects of the selling process. She made great brochures to highlight the features of the home and also had those pictures online, so I know the listing had good exposure. She included a session with a home stager who provided helpful suggestions. She quickly set up open houses and a slot on the Dublin realtor's tour. The house went into contract in 17 days at almost full listing price, and the whole process, including closing was completed in 8 weeks. This was a far better experience than I would have ever expected. I would recommend Christy without hesitation to anyone needing a realtor.

Christy was both our selling and buying agent. As a selling agent, she was wonderful!! Even in this housing market, we were in-contract within two weeks. We believe that Christy's excellent marketing plan, including web-based, print and MLS material, was a major asset in selling our home. She also took the extra time to follow up with Realtors to gauge interest after showings, and used her professional network for additional leads. She was also a great help with negotiating our contract. As a buyer's agent, we truly felt that Christy was our advocate. When searching for homes, she knew exactly the type of home we were looking for, and even know of homes that had not yet been listed on MLS. Most importantly, Christy helped us negotiate a great price on our home and made the home-buying process seamless. We planned a few renovations soon after closing, and Christy also had a great list of wonderful contractors. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with Christy's service. Christy spent a lot of time with us in searching for our new home. It took us a while to find the right one but she was very patient. Once we found the right one she provided insightful advice about how to best go about purchasing the home. Then we had to quickly get our house up on the market. Christy was able to sell our house in about 2 weeks, with multiple offers. We feel very fortunate to have Christy as our realtor and would recommend her to anyone.
