 + -1 moreIt went terribly and the company never resolved the issues. When I complained, they wanted more money. Since they did the work, I had to completely replace the lawn (within 6 months), hire someone to fix the gas fire pit (it never worked). The patio comes up to my house and has settled, pitching towards the house. My crawl space now fills with water after rain and I recently found out the foundation wood is saturated and rotting. I'm now spending more than the original project to encapsulate the crawlspace and install a sub-pump and dehumidifier; demo the patio, repair the damage to the wood and rebuild the patio correctly!
Description of Work: new patio with gas fire pit, complete new landscaping (new lawn, bushes, trees, etc.)

 + -1 moreThey totally screwed up on our driveway; the concrete cracked within 10 days, because they didn't do it correctly. We signed a written contract for the courtyard, but for the driveway it was just a verbal contract. They collected the money upfront and there was no refund, so we ended up suing them. I only got back 1/4 of the money that I paid for the driveway. The courtyard looks great and the plants are still doing fine though. The water pump for the brook was too small, so they demanded more money to get a new one, but I refused.
Description of Work: They created a courtyard that included a swing, a brook water element and planted 40 to 50 plants. They, also paved our driveway that is 30 feet by 10 feet.

Everything was cleaned up nicely when the job was complete. I am totally satisfied and happy with the service. I would recommend them to friends.
