Description of Work: They replaced our entire HVAC unit. They were very honest in their opinions on which one to choose and each person I dealt with was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. This was a big purchase for us, but choosing who to use was such an easy choice.

Description of Work: Carolina heating did a poor job of addressing my query to them. I received an e-mail saying glad to have you, send money. I replied with my query about seeing a service rep. and what about the hot water heater ? Carolina heating replied sure, send more money. I called another company.

 + -1 moreThey did excellent work; they are a reputable company. It was a good price for what they did and they did it at the price they said it would cost. They said it would take two days and they did it two days in a row. They brought all the supplies and took the old items away. They also cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: The two men took out the old air conditioner and all the duct work and replaced it with all new supplies. It took two full eight hour consecutive days. The ducting is in the attic and the air conditioner is outside.

Every time we call they are right there. If we ever have a problem all we do is call them and they put us right on a list and get out to us as soon as they can. I am very happy with the service I receive from Carolina Heating.

 + -1 moreCarolina Heating does a good job on both for both my heat and air conditioner. They provide all my maintenance for $150 per year. I am usually very happy with their quick service. This last time, I was somewhat disappointed because I had to wait about three weeks for a part was needed to fix the air cleaner part of my air conditioning system. They are a very professional company. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Carolina Heating Services fixed the air cleaner that is in the basement that is part of my air conditioner system.
