C & A Cabinet & Granite

First appointment was set at 4 pm right before I left for out of town because the manager said that was the only time he could make it. While I was at work and didn’t have access to my phone, he states he called around 10 am to change the time of the meeting to 1030 am. I called at 415 pm to ask what the situation was and he stated that an appointment ran late and that I missed the 1030 am appointment so he couldn’t make it. I decided to go with another cabinet maker but wanted C & A to give a quote for countertops. He gave me a lot of difficulty with making an appointment for measurements. My brother made an appointment with the assistant manager for 11 am today. I was called at 1015 am and told they are no longer taking any new jobs at this time. I don’t know if this is secondary to the location being in Spartanburg or if we didn’t end up going with them for the cabinets and the countertops. They could’ve said this from the beginning instead of wasting a lot of my time.

Everything with C & A went great. When first arriving at the store, we were greeted immediately by Ken. He explained everything and answered all our questions. He asked us questions that we never would have thought of and quickly pointed out granite that he thought we would like based on our answers. He knew exactly what to show us because we loved it and within 30 minutes we went from not even knowing what type of stone we wanted to putting in our order for a granite that we absolutely loved. The counter was installed exactly on schedule and looks beautiful. We will be contacting them when we are ready to do our kitchen counters. The entire process was completely painless. Thanks C & A!

We used C & A Cabinet & Granite. They were professional. I would absolutely not use them again in the future. They had minor issues that needed addressed after closing and the quality of the cabinets is not what I expected to get.

Very good. Arived on time, installed quickly. Returned to check on concerns even though there was no fault in their installation. They suggested design and revised their suggestions when visiting the home. We love the design and installation.

We dealt with Ken at C&A from estimate to job completion. We priced many of the fabricators in the area and C&A came in a few thousand dollars less than the competition for the exact same slabs of granite ordered from SLABCO. The price remained constant and the install went as scheduled. The granite was finished and installed perfectly. We will use C&A for future granite projects.

I had my kitchen cabinets replaced with a beautiful grey granite. A quality stainless sink was included. The price was very competitive. From the measuring to installation was less than two weeks. They did a great job!
