Have not seen any evidence of critters inside my home, just outside dead.

Very informative, efficient, and courteous service. Also, their price really can't be beat for the service.

They were on time, very polite, efficient and professional. We were treated far better than previous larger nationwide company.

I am so pleased to find a company that doesn't have to be in my house to spray and that still controls the insects. Unfortunately, the actual control hasn't been as good as I had originally thought. But they are good about returning to respray.

Recently purchased home. Wanted to start a pest control service. After research, went with Bulwark for their outstanding ratings. Their service was prompt and the tech was very professional. Answered all my questions and took the time to go in detail on their service. My only small complaint was no treatments above eye level. The tech was able to de-web a few high corners and that was fantastic. But personaly, I wish I could just napalm the place and "feel" 100% sure that every nook and cranny has been treated. Outside of that personal opinion, the service itself was exemplary and would recommend it to anyone.

Jeff & Bill were awesome! Got it done the next day after I called.

I hired them because of the reviews listed. They didn't show up for the first apt nor did they call. They finally showed up the second time, but they didn't finish the job. Said they would come back in a few days. Waited a week, no show. Called again to reschedule, but they had my account under a totally different name. When they finally got that straightened out, they didn't bother to show up, no call, nothing. I then received a bill for the full price, but it was addressed to the wrong person. I called them and told them I shouldn't have to pay for the full price since they didn't complete the job. They said they would send someone out again,. AGAIN, no show, but they sent me a bill again for the full price. Since their call center is not local, I don't know how they do business. It may just be here locally they have problems, but I for one will not use them again unless you like being cheated. I wish it could be a lower rating.
