Elliot was very nice and walked us through everything he was doing, the chemicals used, and about different things to expect through the year with different pests.

Jay was a professional...explaining everything he did along the way....he even explained the outside carpenter bees amd whats best for our home....Thats why we use Bulwark!!!

Elliot sends me a text when he is on his way, keeps me up to date with photos of the work performed and helpful tips and info. You can tel when somebody is good at their job and passionate about what they do! Elliot is definitely the best and I could not be any happier! My technician Kyle Johnson did an exceptional job. He was not intrusive and did his work efficiently and paid good attention to detail. Even clearing some spider webs on the outside of the property that I had not noticed. Upon request, he even replaced cockroach traps without any problems or needing to go and restock. Service was excellent. Brian Cordell took the time to ensure my property was extra protected. They are always super responsive if we ever need anything between visits.

Brian Cordell arrived 1 hour early. He did quarterly work and refilled the crawlspace rodent trap. He left the statement at the door. Face to face interaction was not needed. Bulwark Exterminating is reliable and easy to work with.

Kyle texted me to let me know he was on his way. Explained what he was planning to handle possible squirrels in attic. Then sent me pictures to show what traps had been placed. He said will come back to check/empty them in a week. He was very professional and considerate of my property.

The technicians are always very thorough. They send me a text including pictures when they are done. I have used other pest control companies and had bad experiences. Not one time have things not been fantastic with Bulwark. I am a very happy customer.

Our tech, Kyle Johnson of Bulwark Pest Control, was amazing—he went above and beyond the specific task we hired him for—cockroaches— (cleaning off cobwebs around the outside of the house, clearing any ant hills and wasp nests, etc) and he was extremely thorough, kind, and professional. He described everything he did and was fast and efficient. Haven’t seen a bug (not even a dead one) since the first treatment!

Customer service sometimes feels like a lost art these days so it's really refreshing when a company prouds itself on it.. Our Tech Kyle was amazing, super nice, respectful and informative which is always helpful. Some professionals feel like they know what they're doing so they do the job and that's that and I can understand that way of doing things but the customer doesn't always know so it's really nice when they take the time to inform you and answer questions.
