Bulwark does a great job with service! They had a full schedule, but routed me to a manager who scheduled and completed the work for us. He was on time, no pressure for continued service (just went through what I could have done in the future if I chose to), and completed the work with minimal interruption. Was great to finally work with a company that seems to value the customer. There are so many on here that apparently have more work than they need at the moment and treat customers poorly as a result. People need to start filling out the Reviews, and putting correct and honest information so that we can all use the services of excellent providers, and drive the poor ones to the bottom of the list!

Friendly and helpful office scheduling staff. Showed up ontime, with phone call earlier to give progress update. Was efficient with time, and helpful explanations.

Excellent job. I realize this was an initial visit, but they sprayed inside all interior electrical receptacles that were on an outside wall. I had never even heard of that before, let alone seen an exterminator perform the work right in front of me. Did all window jams. On outside, they dusted our crawlspace, and he walked foot by foot across the front and back lawn looking for and treating any ant hills. Awesome Job !!!

There was a mix up with the appointment. The individual that I originally spoke to which was Winston, he was very knowledgeable. However, I spoke to two other individuals of the company afterwards, who was unable to assist me with scheduling. My husband and I would rather get a refund then deal with the issues that they are unable to work with me through.

A week later, we realized we might have a bee infestation problem in our backyard, and we called Brian to come and check it out. He was at our house within a few days to take a look. He inspected the area and tried to located a hive. At this point it does not look like we have a problem, but we know we can call Brian if we see any further issues. Brian said he would come back for a re-inspection of that area on a sunny day just to make sure. We feel that this type of professionalism is exactly what we look for with any company.It is obvious that Bulwark Exterminating offers the best price for these services and goes the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.

We had an excellent experience with Bulwark Exterminating! Brian was the technician- he was extremely thorough inside the house and took his time looking for any trouble areas. He only used poison inside the electrical outlets and windows and doors, rather than all along the baseboards and throughout the house. This was preferable to us, as we have small children and prefer minimal poison inside. There is also no smell from the treatment. Brian spent extra time outside, and sprinkled a granular poison before laying down a barrier spray. He also encouraged us to call if we even see a bug, and will return at no extra charge. He was easy to talk to and we appreciated his good customer service and willingness to help. Another thing we were very impressed with is that we felt absolutely no pressure to purchase services we didn't need. Everything was very straight forward. We are very impressed so far with Bulwark Exterminating and will definitely be calling Brian again!
