The technician, Curtis Wolaver, was timely, courteous, and professional. He explained the process and treated all areas outlined in the contract.

The tech was late and talked a lot. He didn't use the same procedure that others had done and I didn't think it was standard. I had a reaction to the (natural) chemicals after the outside was sprayed. (I have COPD/Emphysema.) I had a followup visit due to increase in spiders. The ants are gone, yay! I may continue to use this service and I appreciate their followup calls. I just think the problem was the tech, not the company. He was nice but -.

Curtis Wolaver was the technician that performed my services today. Curtis showed up well within the time slot that I was told. Curtis was outstanding, a pleasure to work with. Curtis is very personable, a great communicator and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough positive things about Curtis. He without question exceeded my expectations. Everything went well. They didn't do the typical spray through all the interior like most companies do. They targeted the problem areas inside, and sprayed the interior of outlets. On the exterior they did a barrier, sweeped eaves and treated for ants. None of their products used smelled, which is great.

We love having Ron come and spray our house. He is friendly, always on time and always informative.

On the initial visit, Brian the territory manager, took over 2 hours to apply applications outside, inside, the attic, and crawl space. He was very thorough and explained how their company worked, the quality of the products used and it's safety. Each additional time when they have returned, they took the time to apply the products and target the areas where we have found them to invade. The customer service is excellent and they have followed up with calls after each visit asking if everything went ok and if we need any additional service. Glad to have found a reliable company with excellent customer service and results.

I learned plenty from the inspector because I needed some education on insect intrusion methods. My payment was well worth the price, which was very reasonable.

It turned out to be Argentine Ants (whew!). It's the time of the year when they are looking for a warm spot. A five foot perimeter of the outside of my house was sprayed. In the interior, a interesting "dust substance" was injected via the electrical outlets of every room, into the walls. I liked this method because it was odorless and there were no harmful sprays on the baseboards of my home. I was also reassured to call should I see any sign of ants in the next 30 days and they would be out to retreat. I am going to use Bulwark for my quarterly service. Very pleased.
