Description of Work: Mike Padgett and Budget Pressure Washing pressure washed our entire house, deck, and driveway on the house we renovated. Mike was also able to secure a crew of painters to seal our deck and paint the entire brick exterior and garage interior of the house. Mike and his crews performed the services in two days and the quality of work far exceeded our expectations. My only regret is that I didn't meet Mike earlier in our renovation process because I would have used his painting crew for the interior painting of our house. Mike is professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and a hard worker and treats the project like it is his house. For example, our contractor struggled with keeping our yard clean from trash during the renovation and while Mike's crew was pressure washing or painting, he was walking around our yard and picking up trash... total quality. I would highly recommend Mike and will use him for all of my pressure washing needs.

Description of Work: The price was too high. When he brought out his notebook of pictures to show his portfolio, he laid it on the hood of MY car. My interpretation of that is "if he is treating my car in that manner, what's going to happen with my house." The rest is your call.

I apologize for putting my pictorial book on the hood of this customer's car. We were having a pretty good time with doing this estimate I must of stayed there 20-25 mins and went fully around his house on our process for cleaning his house and he seemed to be doing just fine. At that point in time we had given him an estimate for $950 and told him we had a 10% discount if he decided to go with us. At that point this customer asked me if i could do it cheaper if he payed me in cash and i hesitated and said, we have to pay our taxes. I think this is what caused the customer to become upset. We do have to pay our taxes. Our pricing is estimated on man hours and this was a large house, which we would have had 24 man hours on the job. Description of Work: Selling house and needed to clean every thing outside. Found Budget Pressure Cleaning on line at Angie's List and took advantage of discount coupon. Received nice discount from Mike. Thanks Mike!! Mike and helper arrived on time and did what he said he was going to do. Cleaned whole house, even washed windows using soap and a brush! Cleaned the 3 woden decks and they look like they were used built. Cleaned sidewalks, garage, AC unit and concrete pad. Everything looks great the buyers will be impressed! WOW.Thanks Angie's List
