Mike the owner was on time with estimate and all the work was overseen by him. He went above and beyond our expectations. He gave us the Angie's list discount and held true to his estimate. Patio went from green mold to white and spotless

Arrived on time, ready to work. Three member team; the owner (Mike Padgett), his son and a helper. They worked for eight hours without taking a lunch break. Attention to detail was excellent; covered up the bushes and were extremely careful not to damage our new landscaping. They also were careful not to use the minimum pressure needed to clean the siding without damaging it. Our home is 15 years old and we believe it has never been cleaned; the vinyl siding was covered with a film of oxidation which made it look dull. The crew checked for oxidation after cleaning each side of the home and went back and rewashed the areas that they did not believe were fully clean. The crew worked off of ladders to clean the gutters and reach the high siding using brushes. Many pressure washing companies spray from the ground and don't clean the high areas as good as the lower areas. The end result is excellent; the house looks new; clean siding and crisp white trim. It looks so good that two neighbors asked for quotes to clean their homes! We will definitely use Budget Pressure Washing again!

I found Budget on Angie's and made an appointment. Mike was on time and walked around my home and showed me what needed to be done. I could tell that Mike knew what he was doing and would do a good job. Mike and his grew started the job on July 5th (when promised) arriving around 8:30. They did not stop all day (worked over 8 hours). I stopped by at lunch and they were using pressure washing equipment I had never seen before. One of the guys was cleaning my foundation and stairs with steam Another one was cleaning our concrete with a machine that looked like a buffer and covered a 3 foot section at a time. They covered all our plants a scrubs which made my wife happy. When I got home my house looked like a new house. All my neighbors could not believe how clean it was. These guys really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend Budget Pressure Washing to anyone who needs pressure washing!!!! You will not find any better! Would always use them.

Here's WHY I didn't have the work done. 1. He was offering 10% off on Angie's list. I specifically didn't mention that until he had given me a price. When I did he said "Oh, no, I have to have $575 to do this job (the original quote). I usually jack up the price first if I'm going to give a discount". Nice. 2. While standing on my front lawn talking to me, he spit large amounts multiple times. Didn't notice any dip but it was gross and unprofessional. 3. As he was leaving he assured me that he did all the work with his crew and that I shouldn't worry because he would not be sending any "LATINOS" (his emphasis, not mine) to do the work. I found this offensive.

Mike and his crew were very thorough and professional. When he came to quote the job, he told me that they would have the house "looking like new", and he was right! I needed to postpone our original appointment, and Mike was very flexible about that. He stayed in touch about the times that he and his crew would arrive and finish up. His crew guys were friendly and worked hard, with lots of attention to detail. I was charged the price that Mike originally quoted, and he cheerfully made the deduction for the Angie's LIst coupon. I will definitely call Budget Pressure Washing again; my house looks (and smells!) so fresh and clean.

Mike and his crew were prompt, cheerful and courteous. At the time of the initial estimate I was only concerned with the concrete areas but Mike showed me some mold and peeling paint on some of the wood and recommended cleaning that as well. When doing the power washing he was careful to protect the shrubbery and moved a piece of heavy lawn furniture that I could not move. After the wood was cleaned, there were spots that needed to be primed and repainted and Mike arranged for someone to do that the next day. This was not as simple as it sounds since the paint colors provided to be when I purchased the house were incorrect so he had to try to determine the actual color so everything would match. The cost reflected in this review is for the power wash only. I will definitely call Mike the next time I need pressure washing done.

Overall the job went extremely well. I am a very busy home and business owner, and I don't have any free time on my hands. I called Mike a week prior to my booking date. He came out and took a look at the job, made his bid, and we booked our date. He showed up on time and worked straight thru until completion. His professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic is something you don't find often these days. I was absolutely thrilled with the results, and will definitely be recommending him to friends. Also, I intend to call him back for my on-property apartment and barn.

It went extremely well- Mike and his crew were very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. Mike was very prompt in returning phone calls and coming out to give an estimate. They went to the extra lengths to make sure the job was done perfectly and to our satisfaction. Mike also took the extra time to discuss options for staining our deck and provide his expertise, which was much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a second!

When Mike came out to do the estimate he said something a few times that impressed me, he said, "When we're done it will be done right." He was correct. He even gave me the 20% fall discount even though it was done in January. He and his son came out about 10am and were done by 5pm, they did the entire outside of my 2200 sq. ft. two story home, the driveway, walkways, and patio. When they were done it all looked brand new. I even caught Mike wiping down my mailbox after they were done to make sure it was clean. They do an honest days work for an honest days pay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Was able to give an estimate within a day or two of calling, and then perform the service within a week. In my opinion, this was really quick. Mike and his assistant were very professional and I think they did a really thorough, good job. After they finished their work they cleaned up perfectly as if they were never there. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. I was able to get 20% off because of his Angie's list Fall Special, which was also quite nice!

Showed up in a timely manner for estimate of cost and to do the job. Price compared reasonably to other bids.Job went smooth...no problems.We were really pleased with how the stains were removed from gutters, those stains are tough to remove. Very personable and did a good job.

Mike and his company did an excellent job. The work was done on time and Mike was very professional in dealing with me. You can tell he is interested in making sure his work is above average and does the little extra things to make the customer satisfied. I would recommend him.

Mr. Padgett came out and gave me a quote to wash my house. We discussed how dirty the house was and he told me all bout how clean he could get it. The Quote was $375.00 for the house and $425.00 if he included the drive and the porch. I told him I was going on vacation and I would let him know when I was ready. Approximately 3 to 4 weeks later I called him back and we set a date of August 6th for him to do the work. On the 6th I had to go on to work before he arrived and about 9am I received a voice mail from him saying that he could not wash my house for the quote of 375 that he had gave me. He said that it was just too dirty and the best he could do would be $600.00 bucks (just the house)! ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT HE HAD QUOTED! After listening to the message I called him. He stated that the house wasn't like that when he first looked at it and he wouldn't even talk to me he actually hung up on me. Now granted the exterior of my house is dirty but its condition had not changed in 4 weeks. I should have known that something wasn't right when he first came out and quoted and asked me to put a much higher price on the Angie's List review when I left my feedback for him. When he originally quoted the 375 he asked me to put 5 or 600 bucks on the Angie's List review after he completed the work. I think that he was just trying to set me up to think I was getting a really good deal because he knew he was going to try to jack his price up on the day he came to do the work. BEWARE he is not an honest business man! Very unprofessional! Not a man of his word. Needless to say he did not do the work for me. HIS PROVIDER RESPONSE IS SIMPLY FULL OF UNTRUTHS. He never agree to do only three sides of my house. Who does that?? The side of my house was not covered with vines. I had one bush that covered less than 100 square feet of area and the side of the house is 35 feet wide and at least 30 feet high. No additional mud was present. Where would it have came from all my beds are mulched around the house. The oxidations was already present. That was the issue to begin with. What this boils down to is that he decided that he didn't originally quote the job high enough so he changed his price.

I found Budget Pressure Washing on Angie's List. I called for a quote and Mike came out to give me one the same day. He and his crew came out the following day to begin the job first thing in the morning just as Mike had stated they would. Initially Mike estimated the job would take one day and his price was extremely fair. Mike and his helper showed up the following day on time and began the job. They had to work around my landscapers but did not mind doing so at all. It turned out that the job took a little longer than originally expected due to the fact that Mike was training one of his crew on the first day. As soon as I returned home the first day, Mike let me know they would have to return the following day to finish up. Just as he said, Mike and his crew showed up the following day to complete the job first thing in the morning. The extra time taken was well-worth the result as everything looked fabulous.

They did an excellent job overall! They did a great job on the fence, with both the pressure washing and staining. It still looks great and everything went very well.

Original time estimate was 2 days. Mike is meticulous, he couldn't stop on the extremely hard places until he cleaned them. It took 3 days. He took care of issues that came up in a timely and professional manner. Good folks.

VERY WELL DONE!

We met with them on a Saturday for an estimate. They began work the following Monday. They were punctual, professional and at the end of the day they cleaned up everything (tools, equipment, etc...). You could not tell they had been there working except the house and fence was cleaner. The job took a couple of days but they checked with us to be sure the arrival time the next day was convenient with our schedule. They did an excellent job and we would recommend them. We will definitely be using them again.
