Budget Pressure Washing

My home is 12 yrs. old and had never been powerwashed (75% siding / 25% brick). The siding was dull and covered with green algae, the red brick just plain dirty and my white gutters were a dark grey from all the roof run off. Our paver walkway which use to be cream colored was now covered with dark mold and and years of dirt from our renters dog. I found Mike Padgett on Angies List and after reading his reviews, I sent an email and he responded in less than 24 hrs. He came to my home the next day and went over everything in great deal with me, gave me my estimate and told me to call him when I was ready. I called him back on the 19th and he was back at my home on the 20th! Mike and his crew are very professional and thorough! I wish I could post "before and after" pictures on here! My house looks beautiful again! And my paver walkway! Wow!!!! I never thought he would get it clean but he sure did!!! Same with my gutters! They just gleam!!! And, my driveway and concrete walkway up to front door are like brand new! My renters left my house (inside) a filthy mess! I only wish I could have had him come INSIDE and powerwash it as well! Seriously though, Mike and his crew did an EXEMPLARY job! I plan on having him come back when the time comes for it to be washed again(*won't be another 12 yrs though!). AWESOME JOB MIKE!!!! Very thorough work. They worked hard with a three man crew and took the whole day.. I am very satisfied with the work and although the price was a little higher than the competition, it was close enough and the workmanship was worth the little extra cost.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on our house! Mike came out promptly to give us a quote for washing our entire 2 story house including gutters, brick on bottom of house( that was stained with red mud), windows, large front porch, extra large deck, sidewalk and driveway. He was very thorough explaining all they would do. They were prompt and professional and worked hard all day long. They cleaned up behind themselves and even put our front porch furniture back in place. Our house looks brand new again! The gutters which were almost black, are shiny white. They even painted a few spots at no extra charge. They removed the red mud from the brick on our house and from the concrete floor of the front porch. The sidewalks and driveway also look new. They stripped the old stain off our large deck and came back the next day to paint it. Everything is beautiful and we are completely satisfied! The price was exactly what Mike had quoted earlier. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job. During the initial consultation, Mike spent a lot of time reviewing with me the scope of their work, timing and expected results. When the project was to begin he was on time, worked hard and did everything he said he would do. They were attentive to detail and made sure the job was done right. While others may quote far less you really get what you pay for. The results were outstanding and I would be pleased to hire him again in the future.

Mike and his men worked for a very long day and did a very thorough job. I could not believe how clean everything was after they finished. After all the rain we have had there was black and green mold and mildew everywhere, and now the paint and concrete look new. They cleaned all the windows, too. Even the very old driveway looks great. Mike gave me lots of advice about painting the deck and concrete under the carport, and pointed out a couple of small repairs that I needed to make to my house. He could not have been nice nicer. If you want a very complete pressure washing job, I think that this is the company to go with.

Mike Padgett came a week before and did a walk around in order to come up with a solid estimate of the price for cleaning our 8 year old house. It's a big house with a lot of white trim that had become black and grimy with mold. I thought the estimate was high, but he gave us a break if we agreed to allow him to put a yard sign up advertising his company when he was done. He came Early on a Saturday morning and got to work. We have a screened in back porch which he and his crew cleared of all the furniture and cleaned it. I did not expect that. I also saw right then that these guys were thorough. You ever watch "The Wizard of Oz"? It was like when Dorothy woke up in Oz and suddenly the world went from black and white to full color! I had no idea our house had become so dirty. Without exaggeration, Mike and GI (his right hand man) worked non-stop from 8 am until it became too dark to continue- they sprayed the concrete driveway, garage trim and garage door, and every possible bit of trim. They came back on Sunday and went right back to work, using ladders to get to the second floor windows and trim and working as diligently and as hard as anyone could expect. All the while these two men were pleasant and of good humor. They didn't seem to mind my three curious dogs bugging them and they had excellent regard for going about their business with as little interruption and intrusion into our weekend as possible. They worked until almost 5 on Sunday. The house looked as if it had been painted. Amazing result. As soon as they left neighbors came over to marvel at the difference they had made. So many people took down their phone number that if you want hire them you better call quick! Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!!! I did not realize how much work was involved - consummate professionals who deliver way more than promised.

Great. There were some problems with the windows having some streaking that I couldn't remove, but they came right back out and got them crystal clear!

Wow! It looked amazing! I was home when Mike came by to inspect for a quote. He was very thorough and I didn't realize that they would pressure wash everything. The best part was that they washed the windows on the outside and cleaned at the base. My deck looks brand new. My walkway looks brand new. The house looks 100% better! I was even able to use an Angie's List coupon that was running at the time to knock down the price a bit. It was well worth the money spent because I can tell they really put their elbows into it and were out there for a while to make sure my house looked spectacular.

Very friendly and responsive. Mike and his helper arrived on time and performed the work that they said that they said they'd do. The results were great and I think that I got great value.

My word of the day today was ?WOW!? I must have said it a hundred times. Just a gorgeous result!! After they left our neighbors were ALL stopping as they were driving by, commenting on how our vinyl siding looked "brand spanking new" :) Even other vendors I met with today were taking their number down they were so impressed! Mike had originally quoted me a fair price for the job, which I readily accepted after reading previous reviews on Angie's List. However, because the job took less time than originally estimated, he knocked the final cost down a good notch. It?s not easy to find business people more fair and honest than that nowadays. Mike, Hunter and their team will be our choice going forward for our power washing needs. They were well-prepared, thorough and organized. A great group with a fantastic work ethic and ethics period.

Mike was very responsive and answered my call himself on the first try. He came out to do a preliminary consultation and though we weren't planning on getting the concrete or deck done, his offer was too good to pass up. He brought along a photo album that sealed the deal with us, seeing the before and after shots. He explained all about the chemicals they use and don't use and the reasons why. He is very knowledgeable about his field and it is a family run business not a fly by night company that happened to buy a few pressure washers and go at it! He did have to reschedule for the day after we were to get this done, this is the only reason why I didn't give him straight A's across the board. His son and another young man came to complete the work and I was stunned at the results, the whole family was stunned! It looks amazing! They were very professional, worked hard the whole time and never took a break until the job was complete. I wish I had before and after photos to post! We will definitely be hiring his team again!

My wife frowned at the estimate since it was not the lowest that we received, but she changed her tune when she saw the results. The workers were prompt and professional. Every square inch of the exterior was hand brushed. The house just sparkled when they were done. I will definitely use these guys again.

Mike was very prompt in coming to give me an estimate. He was thorough in what he said the cost would cover. His two-man crew arrived when he said they would and did a bang up job.

These guys did a fantastic job. Mike came out for the estimate and was extremely nice and honest about what needed to be done and what could be done to my new home. Mike's son came out with a crew to perform the job and they were at the house all day to insure the home was cleaned perfectly. When I arrived home it was like I had a brand new home. They got rid of all green and black mold that was building up on the gutters, roof and side of the home. These guys were outstanding and this was money well spent.

You get what you pay for. I originally thought my house needed to be painted (last time my hardy plank was painted was 12 years ago), but a neighbor suggested that maybe my house just needed to be cleaned. That idea intrigued me, since if it were true a good cleaning would be a lot less expensive than painting the house. I collected several estimates before deciding on Budget Pressure Washing. While BPW was the highest bid I received, once Mike explained everything they would do and explained it, I felt like it was going to be worth paying more for their service. I wasn't disappointed. Mike's crew worked on our single story house all day and did a very thorough job. The before/after effect was pretty dramatic. The exterior of my house is not only now clean, it also looks like it's been freshly painted! Even the brick and concrete look new. Thanks, Mike! We discussed how the crew would clean the tin toof, and reach the eaves of our very tall house safely. We have a lot of shrubbery and plants around the house and he promised to cover the ones that I requested. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. The crew was delalyed by a traffic jam, but worked until dark to make up for the lost time.. They worked tirelessly without breaks and did a SUPER, SUPER job. Everything sparkles; we couldn't believe it! They were veryh careful with the plants and shrubbery. We will certainly use them again, and recommend them to anyone. Thanks, guys!!

During his on-site visit to give us an estimate, Mike Padgett took the time to provide a very thorough description of what his firm would do in washing the vinyl-clad house and various horizontal surfaces, including how they would protect relatively new shrubbery. He spent quite some time discussing the best stain to use for redoing the treated wood porches, deck, and stoops. He asked us to remove all screens so his crew could clean all exposed portions of the windows. When the crew arrived on the scheduled date, they worked continuously with very few breaks and completed the work in 8.5 hours. The crew displayed the care and attention to detail as Mike had said they would. We are very pleased with the finished job, the best we've had in the seven years we've owned the house. In many cases salesmen say one thing, and workers do something different. In Budget Pressure Washing's case, they did exactly as stated during the estimating phase. We highly recommend them.

Initially we started with estimates to just pressure wash the patio area and front entrance, but then received estimates on cleaning out the gutters and cleaning all of the windows and trim work on the house as well as having the entire driveway washed. Mike with Budget Pressure Washing came by on Tuesday, August 20th to give us an estimate (he was our 3rd estimate for this project). His price was an all inclusive price to pressure wash the entire home and clean out the gutters - his estimate was the lowest of the 3 we received. He said they could do the project as soon as Monday, August 26th, so we booked him! Bright and Early Monday morning, Mike arrived with Hunter and Mike to begin the day of cleaning (and it was an all day job!). Mike did a walk through to confirm everything that needed to be done and Hunter and Mike quickly got to work. They cleaned everything I had requested and then some. There were areas of brick and cement that I did not expect them to clean and those are now squeaky clean as well! Every window, door, all of the trim, interior and exterior of the gutters are now incredibly clean - this may be the cleanest they have been since they were installed! The brick patio, that was covered in mossy growth thanks to all the rain this season, now looks like it is brand new - I don't know that it has ever been this clean!! The front columns on our home had also started to develop a mold growth because they are shaded and they are extremely clean as well - I don't cringe every time I open the front door now! We even had a downspout that had come disconnected from the gutter and they fixed this for us as well. Our house looks like a totally different house now - I cannot say enough about how great everything looks!! These guys are EXTREMELY hard workers, very professional and did an incredibly detailed and professional job - I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUDGET PRESSURE WASHING!!!

My wife and I called Mike to have him provide an estimate to pressure wash our house and patio. The estimated price was excellent, and Mike was very knowledgeable about what wash to use for the patio vs. the siding. We had one rust spot on the siding where the A/C unit had dripped, and Mike agreed to address that as well. The result was very impressive. Mike cleaned our patio to better than original condition, removed the rust spot from the siding, touched up our drive and walkway, and lifted our screens to get the windows cleaned as well. Mike?s work was top notch, and I was very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Budget Pressure Washing to anyone looking for their services.
