The treatment costs for termites was reasonable and for the insect control. Three months of treatments and our roaches were gone. However, dealing with people in the office, scheduling, etc. is a pain. I have had to correct them many times and they can never seem to get it right. They also seem to think that they are put out by my being upset about the scheduling issues when it is their fault. Someone needs to tell them that "the customer is always right" approach.

We were pleased with them. They're outstanding. It's excellent. They've got a great front office staff. They came out the next day initially when I signed up for the service and pretty much walked me through what the process was and if I was happy. They promised that if I wasn't satisfied that they'd come back and spray again. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do. Professionalism stood out. They've done a great job. I've been really pleased. I'd give them A across the board.

He came 10 minutes early which was great with us. He was very professional. We had found 2 dead mice so he set traps in our attic and crawl space. I hate bugs so I asked him to spray so we don't have them. .He sprayed inside and outside. We were very pleased with the service guy and the service provided. I would recommend them highly.

Pest Control professional was prompt and professional. This is a large home with lots of nooks and crannies, and he took the time needed to treat every one of them. Same goes for the outside mosquito treament. Warned me that as bugs died And/or tried to escape the poison, I would see more of them before things got better. (Appreciated the warning as that was indeed the case). Haven't seen one now for several days, yay! Not one mosquito bite for me either! Also appreciated that the solution they use is not toxic to pets or people, and has ZERO odor. Bordens does not treat for termites, so you will need a different company for that, as it is a whole different specialty. I actually prefer that, as no company can be an expert in all things. Company is family-owned, and local, which I also like. This means more accountability and responsiveness.

It is $85 per quarter. I will continue to use them.

They not only spray your home, they spray around your home, then four feet from the outside perimeter. He also knocked all the spiderwebs and pest nests down. We sometimes have a mouse problem from the hay field. He also put out glue traps for them. We will use them from now on. No contract unless you want one.

They are very thorough in their work. We have not had any problems with this company. They also do a termite inspection for us once a year. They call us when it's time for our next appointment. They also call if they have to reschedule the appointment.

I had more than one estimate for the job and felt theirs was the most reasonably priced. For $775 I received a ten year guarantee on the job with yearly checkups to be performed. The men were punctual and friendly and completed the job in three hours. I don't recall them having a problem addressing any questions or concerns I might have had. They said I was welcome to call them anytime to ask questions or get advice. I'd recommend this company to family or friends.
