Sharon's extensive background in new construction, along with her education, made our decision very easy. Sharon was always available to answer our questions. The negotiations, inspection, and closing were skillful and efficient. Sharon provides excellent service with honesty, integrity, and responsiveness.

I met with Sharon to discuss my needs and wishes in buying a house—one level, 3 bedrooms, garage, fenced in yard, established neighborhood, community pool and near the university. All of my criteria were met in a matter of 2 or 3 sessions when she found my perfect house. Sharon always made herself available and did not waste my time showing me properties that did not fit my requirements. She knew her territory and the market. Negotiations, inspection and closing all went smoothly and since I was new to the area, Sharon was extremely helpful in providing names of service people in the neighborhood, always professional and friendly, but never pushy.

I went to Angie's List where I get the best of the best looking for information on selling my house. There I found Sharon Bishop. I explained to her that I was selling my house and already had a buyer. I just didn't know what the value was. Even though Sharon knew I would not be listing my house with her she was so helpful. She emailed me some comparable in my area. She also offered to help with the sale and closing to be sure everything was done correctly. If my sale does not materialize I definitely will be listing with her Company.

While we didn't get the house, the only reason we had a shot at it was because Sharon did her job with amazing skill and experience.

Great! I was able to make a fair assessment of the homes in my area and what the similar homes were selling for. I made the decision to do a few modifications before putting my house on the market. I didn't sell my house at the time but it is still an option for the future. When and if I do decide to sell, Sharon will be my realtor!
