We have used them for 18 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. Once my windows were cloudy after they left, it had to do with the weather that day. I called them back to let them know that some of the windows were cloudy and to see if they could come back to fix them. He told me that the guy who did them did the best he could due to the weather. He gave me a full refund. I have used him ever since. The windows look like diamonds when he finishes. Nothing is too high to get to and he will do anything.
