Thank you Mr Oliveros. I hope the suggestions on how to control the oil remnants from cooking will help resolve the issues. We are always ready and happy to help but with a small change to disposal of oil/grease you shouldn’t need us on an annual basis. I also believe the use of Bio-Ben drain conditioner will significantly reduce chance of future issues. Thank you again for the opportunity!

Courteous and was able to diagnose the problem. There was no repair needed to the unit, but where the gas line had been nicked by the cable guys, required repair by the gas company.

Description of Work: We had a burst hot water pipe and a leaking hot water heater. The pipe was repaired under insurance. The hot water heater was replaced by the current owner, and additional services were performed by the tenant, so there were thee separate invoices. All of the work was performed as agreed and on time. The tenants invoice was fair for the services received. The pipe repair and water heater replacement were not compared to other service provider estimates, however we assume they were fair and reasonable. The main element was the urgent, professional response and the quick repair.

Description of Work: I had a new watering source installed in the front of the house. The major job entailed installing a new source in an difficult position near our watergarden. This required entering into our crawl space (not an easy chore) installing new piping leading to the new location. The exterior connection was done in expert fashion. Althought the cost was higher than I anticipated. I got what I paid for. (An excellent professional job)
