It cost me $600 to replace 2 faucets which took about 1 hour. My bad as I should have got a quote first. Then they charged me for 2 gallons of drain cleaner that I did not want as it does not work any better than drano or liquid plumber. Plus they automatically renewed a service plan without asking. Won't use them again for that reason. They did do good work and cleanup but not worth the price.

The repair people were professional and very personable. The work was completed in half a day. I had a hot water heater that had a massive leak which sprayed all over the place. Normally I would get quotes for the job but I did not have the time. I selected Benjamin Franklin Plumbing based on experiences I had with Home Advisor. Ben Franklin came out the next day. Service wise I couldn't ask for anything better however I thought they were expensive
