Everything done was great. Turned out that a hose needed to be replaced. My only complaint was for what was done cost extremely too much. If I could have reached my regular Plummer I probably would have only paid between $100 & $200. The job done cost me $655.

Expensive. Needed our kitchen faucet sprayer repaired. Tech was unable to repair & had to replace. Took him quite awhile & cost was just shy of $600. I thought that this was way too expensive!

Diagnosed and explained problem clearly. Spotted a long-term issue that will require repair soon. Didn't try to portray a possible future problem as an emergency. On time, courteous. No extra charge for expedited appointment. They were actually concerned we had to wait an hour or two before arrival. (We are in a rural area; 1 or 2 hours is much better than typical.)
