The men were very professional and did the job quickly although I thought it a little expensive. I was somewhat shocked at all the "add ons" offered and how agreeing or not agreeing to them affected the overall cost of the project.

15 minutes of work for 370. dollars then strongly suggested i go with a restoration co , he knew i foolishly agreed that was another 2000 dollars my cost 1000 for a deductable and a claim to my insurance

The repairman arrived ON TIME!!!! I have had several very negative experiences with other vendors on this issue. The repairman was neat, courteous and clearly explained the problem, the repair options and costs. I will definitely use this company for any further plumbing repairs.

The company called and scheduled service for 8-10AM. Office called to keep me informed of serviceman's arrival time. Serviceman arrived at 8:30. Handled the call quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

the tech showed up and said i neededa thermostate on the heater put one on then tested element siad i needed a elementon the top of heater him being a professional I took his word that this is what was wrong $345.00 later still had no hot water that night. Called back said he would do a test but couldn't come back till the first of the week. water was only111 degrees and there was only enough hot water to fill the bath tub 2' and then you were out he did a flow test and there was only 15 gallons of hot water in a 50 gallon tank terriable experience hot water tank not fixed out money would not recommend to anyone

prompt,courteous,knowledgable. they couldnt make the original appointment and scheduled for the next day and gave me an extra $50 credit. not many businesses will do that
