I was contacted very quickly after I submitted the request on Home Advisor, and had someone at my house that afternoon. Had a spraying leak in my water heater closet (hole in the tube). He was able to quickly determine the reason for the leak and fixed so it wouldn't happen again. He also spotted mold in the water heater closet and said he knew a specialist company that could come inspect. Per my ok, he called the company and they were at our home within a couple hours to inspect (and I subsequently employed to resolve). Great service and great support!

The repair was made but the request was put in as an emergency and was not contacted. I had to make the initial contact. Could have been a miscommunication problem. At any rate was satisfied and the work was completed.

This was my first experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing and I was quite happy. The service pro, Blain, was on time, courteous, professional and clear in his assessment of the problem and solution. Although the solution was expensive - installing an entirely new tankless hot water system - the cost was within a reasonable range. Blain returned the next morning with an assistant to complete the job, which was finished by mid afternoon. The worksite was completely cleaned and all additional questions answered before he departed. I would highly recommend both Ben Franklin Plumbing and their service pro Blain and will certainly call again when the need arises.

Installation of bathtub faucet handles was done in a timely manner, however the the workers left without making sure the knobs turn on and off properly. As a result the cold water handle is very difficult to turn :-( I'm thinking of calling them back to loosen it.

They came out quicker than they said and went right to work after talking with me about my problem. They found the trouble and had it fixed without making a mess in my yard and saved me a pretty good chunk of change in the process. Very professional and courteous workers. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Pluming to anyone with drain issues.

We had an old leaky garbage disposal replaced as well as a pressure valve on the main line into the house. But primary call was to replace two old toilets with new ones. The gentleman was very congenial and professional. I feel that he explained why we needed a pressure valve very well and I felt comfortable with this. His work was excellent. The one reservation is that I feel the work cost much more than I would have liked, but considering how positive the total experience was, sometimes you have to recognize that " you get what you pay for". One last thing: He called to see if he could come hours earlier than the appointment was originally set for, which was great. I would recommend them highly for their work but with a caution about their pricing.

The proposal was to replace leaking faucet and the full amount was paid. Upon completion I was notified the faucet was not replaced but repaired only and no warranty could be given. I ask for a credit from the full amount paid to replace with new since only a repair was made and was told a credit would be issued. I have replied to a survey an email and a person and have not received the agreed credit. The plumber that performed the actual work was great! Very knowledgeable and professional.
