My blower would run fine but if you released the throttle it would shut off and not run in idle speed. They made an adjustment to my carburetor so it would continue running in idle speed. I like their work and recommend them to anyone needing small engine repair. My rating of a B for punctuality is only because it takes about a week to get something back. That is probably due to the fact that they have a lot of work and they get you as quickly as they are able to get everything accomplished. I have used them multiple times in the past and will continue using them in the future. They are located downtown and are easy to find. Easy to get in and out of the location also.
Description of Work: Adjusted so my Echo Back Pack Blower would idle properly

I swore the last time that I went to Battery & Electric on Stone Avenue in Greenville, SC that I would never go again. Well, I had to eat those words. Called prior to my visit to advise salesman what I was looking for. Was told to bring the part in. When I arrived, there was no one in the store other than myself & 2 salesmen. One looking at his computer & the other putting up stock. Waited a couple of minutes before either acknowledged that a "woman" was in their store. Finally was asked what I needed. Had the part that I needed to replace in my hand along with the part that it fit into. Here's how the conversation went: Salesman: I have to have the actual carburetor. Me: You can't look it up by the model # of the weedeater? Salesman: (Just shaking his head no) Me: I sure wish someone would have told me that you needed the entire carburetor this morning when I called. I was told just to bring the part that it fit on. 1. You can't tell me that you can't pull up a manual on the weedeater that I have & not figure out the part #. 2. I know you don't think a woman can function without you, but guess what? I do know how to replace the parts on my own weedeater, leafblower, lawnmower, etc. 3. I bet you don't talk to your wife that way. After turning to walk out the door, I did have a few choice words & made a vow to myself that I will NEVER go back. I cannot afford for my blood pressure to get to a dangerously high level. I remember a day when you had to wait & wait & wait because you were so busy, but after my last 2 visits, I now believe that your business is not the same because of your customer service. Great business opportunity ~ open a repair/parts store for "manly" tools to accommodate women only.

Description of Work: Bent lawnmower blade when driving mower onto trailer after completed service. Also kept lawn mower for about a month in order to save me 4 dollars to buy replacement part from after market. This savings that I was not aware of cost me 100.00 as I had to have my yard bush hogged.
