+ 0 moreVery punctual and professional from the start. Best price by far out of 3 quotes and offered gutter cleaning which most other pressure washing companies didn’t. Had a small issue but it was resolved quickly and I am very satisfied! Will definitely be using them again.

Something that I thought was really great customer service was they had me come and check on the progress as they did each step. I really appreciated that. + 1 moreThe work that Baker's Services performed was very good; additionally, an outstanding aspect of their work was their willingness to take on the additional requests that required much time and detailed attention (the repairs, sanding, and painting). The owner of the business was often present with frequent participation, inspection, and remediation as needed in order to achieve the highest standard of excellence in his business' work.
Description of Work: Baker's Home Services cleaned out our gutters 05/24; soft washed the vinyl siding of our house as well as our detached garage 07/28 & 31; pressure washed our driveway, our two side walks, our block retaining wall, our home's brick foundation, and our several brick front porch steps 07/28 & 29; hand-sponged the vinyl siding within our back screen porch to prevent splashing the dry-wall ceiling 07/28; soft washed our front and back porches 07/28; repaired and painted our front door wooden frame 07/29 & 31; sanded and painted our double garage door wooden frame 07/29 & 31; and painted our front and back porch cement flooring which required three coats of paint 07/29 & 31. Our original request for power washing expanded to include the 1st paint job (garage door frames), then the 2nd paint job (the front door wooden frame), and finally, the 3rd paint job (the cement flooring of the front and back porches). Additional Note: I had removed all the window screens which allowed the soft wash to wash the exteriors of the windows. A nice additional perk.

Description of Work: Something happened with some of the spots on the deck where the stain was; it started peeling off. He came back and re-stained for us for free.

Description of Work: A metal door that had been peeling needed to be repainted. It turns out that the door had been laminated, not painted, thus requiring a bit more work.

It seems to be that the work was very thorough and they got everything done that I was looking for. My interaction with them was good. I was not actually present when they were at the house, but they were very good at communicating over the phone while they were working. So, I was very pleased with the level of communication. They were on top of it.

I very much appreciate a contractor who tells you up front what he's going to do, when he will do it, and what the price will be when he is done. He scored "A+" on each of these factors. I had previously used and recommended Baker's Home Services for outside cleaning (gutters) and will recommend him for painting now as well.

+ -1 moreThe cleaning was OK, windows were not very clean after drying. When done in the past by another company, the windows sparkled. Not very professional in the fact that they never even came to the door when they arrived at the house to introduce themselves and ask me what exactly I wanted done. I did not want the front porch cleaned due to all the decor I had on it and by the time I found them to be here, they had taken things off the porch to clean it.
