B and F were the original roofers for my house. My house is 8 years old. Anyway, I had a leak in the roof that basically created a hole in the plywood and leaked water down into my Florida room. Once I discovered the damage I called them immediately and asked them to call me back and arrange an appointment as soon as possible. This was around 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon. They called back the next day around 10. Since it was going to rain, I called another roofer to come in and take a look at the damages. He took pictures of the damages and fixed the problem. When I took the actual plywood and pictures to B and F to ask for help in covering the cost of the damages, they refused to do anything. They actually claimed that I had caused the damage, even though I have never been on the roof. They also claimed that an 8 year old roof should be re-tiled. I strongly urge you to reconsider if you want to use this company.

Estimate/price fair for amount of work. Came on time and got job done very efficiently. Clean-up reasonably good considering how messy 2 layers of shingles can be.

We had a couple of companies give us estimates, but this company really seemed to stand out. We were very impressed by their presentation. They really knew what they were talking about. They were very friendly and they answered all of our questions. They use all name brand and high quality products. We were very impressed with the overall prices for the job. I can't remember exactly what theirs was, but I do remember it was one of the better ones.

The company did a great job. I never had any problems from them and they were very cautious of my yard and personal things. I thought that they gave me a great deal on the price and that they are very dependable! They were done fairly quickly and charged me what I was quoted. They were always ready for any requests or questions that I had.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I thought that the workers were friendly and very detail oriented. They made sure that every last scrap was removed from my property and that the yard looked good as new. I was pleased also with the way that the company handled it self when they made a mistake. I pointed out that there was a wrong dimension on the paperwork and they were quick and careful to alter the work. We used shingles instead of aluminum siding. The color that we chose was the traditional brown that is used on most homes.

Our roof was about 18 years old and needed replacement. It took a big crew about three days to complete this job and they cleaned up every night after themselves. The workers were polite although only one spoke English. We are totally happy with our roof.
