Autumn View Landscape and Design Co

Overall, Autumn View was excellent. When we contacted Ryan McCrary, the owner, he was very prompt in his response and was very helpful in helping us design the outdoor living space. He was very creative in the way he looked at the space and in his suggestions as to what to do with it. His response to quoting the job was quick and thorough and he was great in helping us with the final layout, design and color choices that we needed to make. Once we made the decision to proceed, he and his crew were quick to get started and finished. The entire project took less than a week and throughout the process he was very responsive to any questions we had. And he and his crew was very good at minimizing the impact on the rest of the yard during the project and in actuality did a bit more than I thought they were going to do in terms of how they left things. We love how the space turned out. Ryan was very professional, prompt and attentive to all of our questions and concerns before and during the project. I would highly recommend Autumn View and Ryan to anyone looking to add an outdoor living space to their home.

I do not recommend Autumn View Landscape and Design Co. They are not good at correcting problems. After the job was completed and they were paid, we had plants that died and they did not replace them, which they were supposed to. They were not responsive to my issues.
