We called them on Saturday because our a/c had suddenly stopped working. Someone was here to check on the problem within an hour, and figured out the problem almost immediately. Unfortunately, the type of blower our furnace needed was not available until Monday, but they called as soon as they opened Monday morning to let me know they were on their way. He arrived when he said he would, and within 30 minutes, our a/c was working again!

A technician came out and determined that we needed Freon. He said the price was $49.99 for Freon. When we got the bill it was for $220 including the $65 service fee. 6 weeks later we have no A/C and when I called the company they claim that they advised us there was a leak in the system and we refused to have it repaired and only to put in more freon. They never mentioned there was a leak. The tech said it could be any number of things prior to even servicing it after determining that it was out of freon. He mentioned possible leak, but never determined that is what it was. After calling them today they claim that my husband signed off on something that said he was fully aware there was a leak and they did not want them to repair it. Who it their right mind would knowingly refuse to repair a leak in the middle of the summer in South Carolina?? The technician never confirmed it was a leak and said that it was just out of Freon. He suggested cleaning the coils which we did decline so we could do that ourselves. I am not happy that a month later I have to spend another $250-500 to repair the A/C. This should have been taken care of the first time.

The technician was very professional. They had to order the part so it took two days to complete the repair. The tech explained everything to our satisfaction. He was very neat and conscientious. In my opinion he even went above and beyond checking things out in our system.

Called and they were here within 15 min. Very professional and nice serviceman.

Their service was very good. The owner came out and did the job. There was a problem and they called on Sunday to check on me. I think they fixed it but I am not sure and I do not think they are going to charge me for it.

I called on a hot summer morning, and the air conditioner was fixed by that afternoon. The service person was extremely courteous and thoroughly explained his "diagnosis." I felt very comfortable asking him questions.

Overall the job was done for the agreed price and timing. They stood behind the quality of the job and I was pleased with their customer service.

After coming home late Sunday night to no A/C upstairs, I called Authorized early Monday and they said they could have someone come out late the same afternoon. I asked for 30 minutes notice but only got about 10 but I had already come home from work so it was not a problem. The service man asked questions and went through some std procedures and new almost immediately that it was a bad capacitor. He pulled one from his truck and had it installed quickly. He also checked the coolant and said it was OK. He gave me advice on the other A/C unit which was freezing up from trying to cool too much and said he could come back the next day and add coolant to that one without a 2nd service charge if it needed it. He also warned me about the dryer vent next to the units and asked about the history of all our HVAC equipment. He gave me lots of information and pricing for new units since ours are 12 years old, without being pushy. I would definitely call Authorized again.

He showed up on time, called first, was neat and explained program to me. No complaints.

When we first moved in, we noticed the heating and the air conditioning was not working properly even though it had passed inspection. We decided to go to Angie s List and find the best all around heating and air conditioning company and that is how we found them. Authorized gave us a very reasonable estimate and completely replaced the entire system perfectly. They were very neat, disposed of everything themselves and were a pleasure to have around. I was very pleased by the quality of their work as well as their punctuality.

We had called a couple of different places. This company was able to send someone right out. The people we dealt with were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. They tested the unit and found out that it was something very simple. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We were pleased with the price but hoped it would have been a little cheaper. We would definitely use their services again.

I was very happy with the service provided. The worker was on time and very friendly. He was willing to answer all my questions. He needed to put in a new sensor so the air conditioner will shut off when it should. It is working great now. I would recommend this company to others.

Authorized is not only professional, but they are also very prompt and courteous. I have never had a single problem with the unit since it was installed. It works great and that's that. The pricing was o.k. I do also have a contract which allows them to come once a year and do the yearly maintenance checks for me. I am pleased, and so far, I plan to keep them around for a while.

I couldn't get the pilot light to kick on in my water heater so I called Authorized Heat & Air Conditioning Incorporated. They sent someone right out to fix the problem, which turned out to be a thermocouple. The gentleman who came out was extremely knowledgeable and able to fix the problem in a snap. Authorized Heat & Air Conditioning Incorporated is a little bit more expensive than other companies, but it is well worth the cost in the quality of work you get. I would recommend Authorized Heat & Air Conditioning Incorporated to others and will continue to use them myself.

This is the first time I have used Authorized Heat & Air Conditioning Incorporated. As we are getting ready to move, we needed someone to come out and inspect the condition of our air conditioner. Authorized Heat & Air Conditioning Incorporated people came out right away and kept us informed of what they were doing every step of the way. The person who actually did the inspection was very professional.

They didn t have a problem coming right out to check the problem. They came back a day or so later and completed the job. We haven't had any problems with the unit. They used a good product and did good quality work.

I have nothing bad to say about any one who works at Authorized Heating. They came and did a job well done and left. They have been back here and there for standard maintenance checks but not for any actual problems. I am glad I went with they're company instead of someone who might not like to stand behind their products.

This company comes here in the fall and spring to do a complete check of our system. They do excellent work. They company is very respectable and professional. We have a yearly service contract with them for about $200. If our system would breakdown, they would repair it for us. I am happy with the service and will continue the service contract with them in the future.
