Description of Work: Technician came and couldn't find anything wrong with the AC. Paid the trip charge. Next day it was obvious things still weren't working correctly, so we called again after the holiday. Same technician returned (very promptly) and diagnosed the problem at no charge. All work is warrantied for 30 days. Now we will decided whether to repair or replace. We will probably use the same company whichever way we go.

Description of Work: Our house AC died late Thursday afternoon. I called after hours, left a message and got a return call in less than 20 minutes! She scheduled a visit for the next morning. Paul diagnosed the problem - failed condenser fan motor - went and got the part and the AC was running before noon. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and service.

Description of Work: We needed a new air conditioner and looked for a provider on Angies List and decided on Authorized Heating and Air Conditioning. One of the owners came to our home within a short time and examined our present unit and gave us two qoutes for a good and better system. The difference was energy efficiency. At our choosing the instalation began on the day we requested and within the time window given to us to start. Two technicians appeared in a company truck and with uniforms. To the best of our knowledge, the system was installed without a problem and is operating well. We plan to look into a maintenance contract with them in the Fall.
