We were suprised that at the first meeting, the OWNER is who did the consultation . He had alot of great ideas and helped us decide what we wanted done. He was very professional yet he was very personable.We recieved his estimate within 2 weeks. His estimate was fair and very detailed. We were able to eliminate a few things to fit it into our budget. We have little ones, so the thought of having workers in our home was hard to imagine. it was a great suprise that they kept their language clean and were actually very sweet to my family. Every day when they left, the work area was picked up and cleaned so that we could continue living. It went much smoother than I thought possible. I think they cleaned better than I do. The OWER is also the crew leader. He was on the job every day. He did all of the work himself. it was great to not have different people, we did not know or expect, show up at our home every day. Once they were on our job, they stayed with us till it was completed. we did not feel like were were being juggled with another job.The finished product was better than we envisioned. Overall, it was a great experience.
