After several re appointments the guy never showed up ????

I called the repairman after hours. He returned my call and was at my house early the next morning - just slipped me in really early, before his other scheduled appointments. He found the problem quickly, and he had the parts he needed right on his truck. He fixed it quickly, explaining all the while about what he was doing and why. Then he tested the machine after fixing it to make sure the problem was actually repaired. He was knowledgeable, polite, well-spoken, and went out of his way to get us done without a long wait. I would not hesitate to use this company again and again.

Excellent!! Technician thought it was going to require a "2 way valve" replacement but upon taking the appliance apart found that the noise ceased by just tapping on it and replacing the filter (which I had on hand). He had to go and get the parts for the valve and crisper lid but did not use the valve and didn't charge me for all the work he did taking the back wall of the "fridge" apart and inspecting the valve. Well. Problem solved

He was on time..The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 20 Minutes!..the part according to his Frigidaire parts manual was ~ $310.00. He honored a 15$ coupon from Angies' list and my total bill (parts and labor ) was $200.00!!..Service & cost can not be beat. I would recommend him to anyone and I will definitely call him for all my appliance issues.

Work was well done and in a timely manner. It is basically a new refrigerator, should not have needed repair, but is now working better than before!!

I was out of town and the water was leaking out of the water dispenser of our Whirlpool fridge. I looked up Angie's List and found this guy rated so well. I called him, gave him the model number, and asked if he could just contact my wife as I was out of town to get it repaired. He did and my wife couldn't get over how friendly and professional he was when he came to repair. All taken care of and while I was out of town. Wonder guy, you won't be sorry.

Took a call on the weekend and scheduled repair for Monday. Made sure to get the model number of my machine on the first call so he could have parts ready. Showed up on time, performed the needed repairs quickly and was on budget. Great service. Highly recommend! Will use again in the future if needed. Thanks again!

According to my tenant he arrived when he said he would, accurately diagnosed what the problem was and completed the repair in an appropriate time and manner. She was pleased.

Jerrad responded right away, set up a time for first thing the next morning and arrived as scheduled. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem. He was back in about an hour and a half with the part. The entire operation took about two hours, start to finish--I am very pleased with the promptness and professionalism, and will certainly keep his number on file to call if I need future work done.

Great guy. He returned my call right away. Scheduled service, kept in touch and checked over my wonderful GE front load washing machine. My husband had install the drain hose wrong. Jerrad checked out everything and gave me instructions on what to do. He went over everything on the machine and informed me that everything looked great. I was charged for minimum service call and that was fine. I wanted him to address the computer reset but he said what I was doing would work just fine and no need to spend $400.00, I purchased it used and he said I did great and would gets years of service. He was honest and I highly recommend him. We also have a small business and know that honesty and good communication is everything. Of course the skill he has and the knowledge is spot on. Jarred was professional and knew his business. Above all he was honest. He came back the next day to check my oven. It working fine. He did not charge for the service call since no repairs were required. I would recommend him anytime.

I called Appliance Medic after finding the provider on Angie's List. He was able to attend to my request within 4 hours of the call. I have a rental trailer in Fountain Inn and the tenant called me yesterday to advise her food was spoiling and the refrigerator wasn't cooling well. He gave me an approximate time he would be available and called me, as planned, to report he was on his way. I found him to be very professional and personable. He made the repair quickly and gave me some great advice! The price for his service was reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will likely contact him again in the future.

Washer giving code and would not work. Called Jarred yesterday afternoon when problem occurred. He was here at 9:30am on the dot the very next day! Very personable, thorough, neat and fixed the washer. I was back in business.

I've been having problems with my frig leaking small amounts of water and the water dispenser not performing properly. I looked around and saw an ad for Appliance Medic. The guy was really nice and was at my house the next morning. It ended up being a small repair...it has something to do with the water line to my frig. While he was at my house I mentioned that I've been having problems with my water heater not keeping hot water. He checked it out and was able to increase the hot water levels (not sure how he did this, but its helped). Anyway, I was very happy with the service and the guy that came to my house was the owner. I'd definitely recommend his service to anyone with an appliance repair.
