Description of Work: Came the day after I called to check out my refrigerator (I had called in late afternoon and he came early the next morning). Very helpful and informative and didn't try to sell me or charge me for something I could probably fix on my own. Just charged the service call fee and told me in detail how I could solve my problem without any further cost. Very friendly and helpful!

Description of Work: We have a large nice Samsung refrigerator. The water button would not shut off automatically and if the electricity went out it would randomly turn on. (Which happened only once and we didn't care for it to happen again). I called the Appliance Medic and he was very professional on the phone with questions and scheduling. He showed up precisely when he said he would and looked over the fridge with my husband. Quickly determined the problem and then my husband decided it was something we could try to fix on our own. Appliance Medic did charge a $85 service fee; not sure if that is standard.

Description of Work: They came out the first day I called them!!! He told me what needed to be done & he came back two days later & installed the new part. We had an issue which he came back out & fixed for FREE!!!! He was AWESOME!! Very professional! I will be calling him again in the future!!!

Description of Work: Jarrod was on time, professional and a just plain nice guy. He troubleshot the problems and fixed them correctly. One fix was the refrigerator and the other our washer. He will be my next repair man and I have given his card to others in my family.
