Excellent, will and billy were excellent.

I was a little skeptical about the vent cleaning process. When Billy with Mr. Rogers showed up he explained the process and the time link it would take for the process to be complete. I was very pleased with his professionalism.He made sure that my hardwood floors were protected against scratches as he moved the dryer out of the way. After the job was complete he took time to clean my entire laundry room due to a little lint that was on my washer. I was pleased with the job Billy did.Drying time has been reduced by about 12 minutes. A clean vent really does make a difference.

Came quickly and tried the least expensive way first. Had to come back and replace the ice maker, but again, came quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable.

They advised us that the circuit board was broken and they said that according to the information on line a new circuit board was not available. I asked them to send me an email with the information so I could call the manufacturer myself and also so I could check with third parties for a new or reconditioned board. I never got an email. I called the following week requesting that information again and they said they would send but they never did. This tends to make me believe that they were not being truthful about their evaluation of the problem.

Unfinished as promised and neither ice maker or dishwasher repaired to date.

He was late for my appointment, he diagnosed the problem, he said he had to try to find the broken part, and would get back with me. After over a week of waiting for him to get back with me, I contacted him. He said he did not have the part because it had been discontinued. My dishwasher is still broken.

Arrived on time, Was very nice and pleasant to talk to.

Mr Rogers Appliances came right on time with a 15 min heads up call. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 15-20 min.

Reported to warranty company. Rogers responded to me and came. Within 24 hours to measure to they could order. When it came in they called and again came to install. All went very well very professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them. Under warranty.

Prompt answer for needed repair that had been repaired on a before. All under warranty.

He quickly discovered what the issue was and offered to help resolve it. Mind you, he didn't have to do this as my refrigerator issue had nothing to do with why he was here to begin with. He grabbed his equipment and spent 30 mins defrosting my refrigerator and ultimately fixed the problem with the seal. The most amazing part was, I offered to pay him for his time and he politely declined. What a blessing it is that I have FINALLY found an appliance repair company that I feel I can trust that isn't out to just get a check from me....unlike 2 of the previous companies I hired to look at other appliance issues I've had over the past couple of years! The business card that Will T. gave me will not be leaving my possession as I plan to use them and ONLY them for any future appliance repairs! The young man was very efficient. He cleaned trap lines and all this junk that it was not cleaning but that's the only one that we are used to we've been very fortunate with our brands. He was really good, very efficient, he was prompt which is wonderful, on time.

Will came out the same day that I called. He found problem and had part on his truck. He repaired it the same day!

Even though he had a full service schedule for the day, Will said he would call if he was able to fit us in that day (Friday). If he couldn't, then he would stop by on Saturday. As it turned out he was able to accommodate us as his last customer of the day, so we didn't have to wait. He was prompt and professional in his communication and service. We will definitely call him again if we have any future appliance repair needs!
