Problem was quickly identified and repaired.

Was contacted after buying the voucher and asked them to come a check out my dishwasher. They sent someone while we were out - informing us by email that they were coming shortly before the visit - but we did not get the message. We got them to come back but each time they used email for communication. It seemed too much trouble to pick up the phone or even send a text. When the technician arrived he came in and started work on the drier in the laundry. We pointed out it was the dishwasher and he got to work on the right appliance. He found the problem and also found a leak that we were not aware of. He gave us the price and ordered the parts. About three days later he came back with the parts - again we were out and had to rearrange by email communication. Eventually the parts wee fitted and everything works well.

I was very happy with their service. They were able to schedule around my working hours so that I did not have to take time off from work. The technician (Will) was very professional and explained everything that he did, and how he tested to find out what was wrong. I like that they warranty their work for 6 months. I would use them again.

The very nice technician came when he said he would, assessed our problem, ordered the new controller and was back in about a week to do the replacement. He was timely and professional. And he replaced the dryer belt in about 5 minutes. (husband could have pulled harder.) The cost of service includes the controller.

TERRIBLE. Do not hire these people. Angies List should take them OFF their "list". This company is inept at scheduling and repair. I finally got service scheduled, and the tech was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. This was a Thursday, and he had to wait on a part but said he'd come out the next day or maybe even Saturday. That was nice. But he didn't come until Tuesday, AFTER I called them. Then, a week later, the problem was back. Sunday of course. On the website, it has a link for "after hours & sunday service, schedule here" that went to an error code. So I called. Of course no answer. I left a detailed message with a phone number. Monday am, 9:05am I had not received a phone call, so to take the bulls by the horn, I called them back. "We sent a text, didn't you get it?? The technician is on his way now!". Nope, no text. No phone call. I appreciated their being prompt this morning, but had to leave work and hurry home so as not to miss them. The man I"ve talked to on their phone line is nice, but he is full of bologna! I hope AL reads all these negative reviews and takes them down. I wish I had not had the attitude of "aww, that won't happen to us" when I read the reviews. **Please take it from me, and others who have negatively reviewed**.... unless you have nothing but time to sit around and wait.

The technician didn't know how to check unit, but eventually got it to run thru a cycle. He then proclaimed it fixed and charged me $79. When the cycle completed, the problem appeared again. I then called Sears repair, and they discovered the circuit board to be defective. I am attempting to recoup my $79 fee and $29 from Angie's List.

Was not impressed. First call to company they took one day to call back. All calls to company automatically go to "all our service representatives are busy helping other customers, please hold, blah, blah,blah". No matter when you call this is what you get. There are 3-4 employees in company but you think you are getting a huge company. Had to request invoice be sent to my email, did not offer to send. will not use again.

Repairman checked for electrical system problem, none found. Determined that refrigerator was at fault. He checked the connections in the temperature unit located in the main body of the refrigerator (not the freezer) and adjusted something (I'm not sure exactly what). The refrigerator operated normally. He was unable, however, to tell me what was wrong. This is the second time I have had a problem with this refrigerator. The people at Mr. Rogers have been very good about getting someone to help me.

Very professional technician quickly identified & fixed the problem. The part & service were more expensive than I would have preferred, but it was well worth the money to have a functional, quiet dryer again.

He arrived the same day I called, explained the issue and charged me a minimum amount. It is 100% fixed and I am very happy. I will definitely use them again.

He came out, ran tests, to things working again.

Fixed one and then when the refrig still didn't work he came back out (at no charge other than parts) to fix the other. Now have a warranty

The technician determine that there was a loose connection, he tightened it and clean some erosion. He also glued the seal on the drum of the dryer and explained everything he did. We were very pleased with the service call.

Great! He immediately ascertained the problem and replaced the part that was broken in a timely fashion.

FAST AND EFFICIENT, BUT DID HAVE TO COME BACK WITH THE REPLACEMENT PART TWO DAYS LATER. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT FOR ME AND MY HOME WHILE THE SENIOR TECH WAS WORKING AND ALSO TEACHING A TRAINEE. FLAT RATE WAS CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE JOB EVEN THOUGH HAD TO COME BACK AND INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT PART WHICH MEANT ANOTHER INTERIOR DISASSEMBLY TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE INTERIOR PANEL TO REPLACE THE PART, AS WELL AS MORE DEFROSTING WAS REQUIRED AGAIN TO REMOVE THE INTERIOR PANEL THAT WAS FILLING UP WITH FROST AND ICE AGAIN.

Super performance; on-time; and fast!

Got same day response to request for service. Work was done very quickly promptly. Very efficient and informed technician.

Did not repair problem and actually created another problem.

The guys at My Rogers call themselves Appliance Specialist in appliance repair and I see why.After two other companies and 4 service calls later my my $2300 washer was still not working, that's when Billy B. With Mr. Rogers came out and within 20 min my washer was fixed. To top it all off while I was writing him the check I look up and Billy is cleaning the coils on my refrigerator, he did a lot of homeowners don't think about small things like that and it helps refrigerator to run more efficient after some research I found out that was very true. Promise you that you give the guy that Mr.. Rogers a trap you will not regret it.

Took a few days to get parts, but in-house service was great.

This is the 2nd time we have used Mr Rogers Appliances and the 2nd Billy has giving us Superior Service.Billy took time to talk with us before and after the repairs. He anwsered all our questions and explained to us the process it would take to get our dryer back working like new again. A+++
