Matt was prompt on time and very helpful. He made me aware of the Angies list discount and up front diagnosed the issue of being a worn gear set and he had spare parts in his truck. I was very happy with the service and the cost of the repair as well as the discount offered.

I called and Johnathan picked up immediately, and personally gave me a quote same day. The door we wanted had to be ordered, so the install date was 3 weeks after the quote (during Thanksgiving). Ryan and Bethany went above and beyond on the install. Very professional. Great work. Thank you!

John called me the same day that I requested a quote and gave me an estimate for the replacement spring by phone. He replaced my broken spring that afternoon. He was professional, discussed options with me and was in and out within 30-45 minutes. I would call this company again and refer them to my friends. The light switch was broken on my garage door opener and he replaced that, as well.

Came right away in afternoon but did not have correct size springs as our door is oversized and requires bigger or heavier springs. Thomas picked them up from elsewhere and came next morning and had the door fixed in no time. Very pleased with their service.

I called in the morning to ask for someone to come and give me an estimate. Jon came out at 1:00 PM and the job was complete within the hour. We discussed replacing both springs on our 18 Ft. door and, based on the age of the second spring, we did just that. He replaced a broken hinge and, on his recommendation we also added a strut to keep the door from sagging. When the job was complete he adjusted the travel distance of the door as well. Very well satisfied with the service and price. The price included the $25 Angie's List discount that was offered.

Doors are operating great and much quieter with the replacement rollers. Matt made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Would definitely call them again should I have any problems in the future.

Great ! Jon the technician, arrived as scheduled and was very polite and did not hesitate to explain all about the problems I was having with the door. He showed me how I could help maintain the door also. Was very, very pleased with the provider. Charges were very fair also.

Jon came out next AM after calling and had to replace circuit board. After locating the correct one, he came back the next day and installed it. All works great. Very professional and quick service. Definitely will call again when we need service. Its great to deal with such nice and fair people.

I called on the weekend after hours just to leave a call back number so that we could set something up the following week. I was surprised to get a call back later the same day. The service person gave me an explanation of the work that needed to be done and an estimate. He repaired the work quickly and even did a few extra services (removed an old manual lock and fixed the sensors on our other garage door). He charged me the price he originally quoted and also honored my Angie's list coupon. Excellent job!

They were prompt and professional. They had the replacement springs right on the truck so it didn't take long. We talked to some neighbors who used other garage door companies to do the same work and American Door Masters cost a lot less.

I would rate American Door Master an A+, my first phone call with Jonathan (the owner) was to discuss options for replacement or repair of 2 panels that I felt had stress splits. He was honest in his answer about trying to repair or replace a panel, which I kind of knew the answer before I called. This was on Friday afternoon, he told me he would call me 1st thing Monday morning to set a time to come look at the door for a possible solution. I received a call at 8:20 Monday morning from John Sr. (his dad) to set a time to come by, he was there by 10:00 am as promised and right on time. We discussed options, that's when I decided that with the door being 16 years old just to replace it. He gave me options for new door design, with or without windows and insulation. I told him what I was looking for based on what I had and he priced it out right away. Next question was how soon could it be installed, he made a call to the office to check for door inventory and install day & time, he was also very helpful in reference to a new WiFi door opener we had installed ourselves. He asked if it would be ok to bring the door back by that afternoon so his installers could install Tuesday morning, at 2:00PM Monday, Jonathan and John Sr. delivered the door and all the materials ready for the installers to be there between 9:00am to 10:00am Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning I received a call from the installers to let me know they would be there at 9:30, at 9:30 they pulled in the driveway as promised. The installers were kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about their service, they wanted to be sure everything was working properly with the new door and the recently installed door opener. They cleaned up all the packaging and put the old door & parts exactly where I asked.

Showed up on time. Made minor adjustments and checked everything. Also explained how the door needs maintenance over time.
