Provider was on time, was thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. He performed the service quickly and correctly and did everything I had expected. I would definitely use him again.

Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Arrived ahead of time. Completely repaired the system and ensured everything was in good working order. Even came back the next morning to replace a part that they did not have. In the truck.

The guys called ahead to let us know a more approximate time of arrival. Very courteous and prompt. They explained what they found and also offered options.

He showed up on time and did a thorough professional job.

I had to have my back-flow checked on my irrigation and All About Irrigation asked if I wanted to check all my sprinklers and adjust the timing. Since I have never done this before I felt it would be a good idea. They said they would leave a copy of what they did, and then mail a copy of the back flow test for my records. Before the visit, they explained the proper way to set irrigation was to run in the early hours before dawn, and as an aside, some people don't think they are running, They did not leave any paperwork, they never mailed me anything, and they turned my sprinklers off without telling me. Since I had been told I wouldn't notice them running it wasn't until my grass started to die of thirst that I realized they set them to not run (which is crazy, their job was to set them up to properly run). My main issue is I had a very hard time getting them to confirm the work was actually done, and explain why my grass was dying. I am still skeptical that they did what they said. It was very unprofessional.

It went fine. There ended up being extra charges though.

Tech did a good job working my system. I had a few zones that were not covered well and he installed a different type of head for these zones. Coverage is much better and my wife is happy with results. I will use them again.

This was my first time using Angie's List and will be my last thanks to All About Irrigation. I'll be cancelling my membership immediatley. How unfortunate that their are providers who lack the professionalism to honor the covenants of this site.This company wasted two days of my time waiting on a call to schedule a time and date to perform a service for which they would have been paid.If you are looking for reliabilty in a company, do not contact All About Irrigation.

Marc, the technician, was wonderful! He's very knowledgeable of his trade---taught me some things. He listened to the problems I'd encountered with our current set up and the gave excellent solutions to these issues. He worked in a timely manner and left the areas where he worked, neat and clean. The coverage I now have for my lawn and newly planted garden areas is superb. I highly recommend this company and especially the workmanship of Marc. I've already told my neighbor about the great job done by All About Irrigation.

Everything went well with the inspection and services provided. The irrigation system at my new home had not been used for several years. It was in need of repair. The guys were professional and very easy to work with on this project. I would use them again!

Original home builder had installed our irrigation system and the valve boxes for my 6 zone irrigation system right where we wanted to extend our patio, so used Angie's List to find an irrigation specialist to move the pipes & valves to a new location. Solicited a bid from All About Irrigation based on the reviews here, and was not disappointed. I had a pretty odd job because I needed the 6 valve boxes (and all the related piping) moved about 30', around to the side of the house but they gave an estimate and did all the work for exactly that amount. The estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. Took a couple weeks to get scheduled, but it was summer (high season) and still less lead time than other bidders warned. The gentleman who did the work was professional, punctual, friendly and did an excellent job. Even installed 2 new sprinkler heads around where our future patio will be. Tested the system and confirmed everything works exactly as it did, and now we can have a patio installed. I'll definitely re-hire All About Irrigation when I have to relocate some other sprinklers around landscaping. This experience is another example of the utility of Angie's List and the importance of high overall rankings to homeowners, and I'm giving All About Irrigation deserved high marks as well. Thank you!

Everything went great. I had taken advantage of an Angie's List deal for a tune-up. Although allowing themselves 3-4 days to contact me, I heard from them within two days to schedule a visit. The team was not right on time, but I understand that stuff happens -- what I really liked was that I received not one, but two, calls informing me -- in advance -- of the delay, and giving me an arrival status. I call that excellent customer service. The two-man team was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Their explanations and steady accomplishment of tasks at hand gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. As I write this, I can tell from looking out the window that their valve replacement did fix the leak in one of my zones. Besides the head replacement, the adjustments, and valve replacement, they took the time to notice what was going on with the sprays, and absorbing what I was saying about "things", addressing them or explaining them to my satisfaction. By walking the yard, they actually detected an underground leak (from mushy ground) in the sprinkler system piping that I had not noticed before. After digging down to it, it was clearly a leak in a pipe where a utility company had come through at some time in the past and laid wire -- and had cut the PVC piping. All in all, the team had to do minor-to-moderate digging (by my assessment) in three spots. At the two spots involving digging up grass, they made an effort to dig the ground out in sod clumps, as much as possible. So when they were done, they also made an effort to replace the dirt and grass clods in a neat/clean manner. I would not hesitate to call them again when another problem arises. I thought the cost of the overall service

Technician made all needed adjustments including replacements of two sprinkler heads with specialized heads needed for difficult terrain. There was a charge for extra time and materials to replace the two heads with specialized heads. Work was done in efficient manner. Both technician and owner were polite and friendly. Owner was willing to be flexible with additional services. Would recommend this provider to others and would use this provider again.

Original appointment they failed to show up. But with speaking to the owner, he explained what had happened. Then in the mean while, he sent 2 of his employees to my home and they took care of all of my irrigation needs. I am very pleased with the work that they preformed.

Scheduling was good. I scheduled for a Wednesday originally, and they called back in advance to reschedule for the next day. They sent two technicians. They were knowledgeable and I was able to watch them while they worked. They checked all the heads and nothing was broken. They also told me that I was spending more on water than I needed to. I was happy with the work.

They visited twice, were very punctual and flexible about meeting me at times that worked around my schedule.

All About Irrigation came out earlier than they first said they would, at my request due to a new patio being installed in our back yard. They were open, honest, and affordable. They replaced a couple sprinkler heads that had a seal problem, and one that wasn't covering an area in our yard. They did a tune up with the remaining heads to ensure proper coverage. After that, they walked me thruogh a recommended program time for the upcoming months. Overall, they provided excellent service and honesty. I will definitely be calling them next year for the same service.
