Perfect I had one sprinkler that went crazy afterwards and they came back no charge and adjusted it

He was very professional, on time, and fairly priced. We were very happy with our service.

I was very grateful for them getting out here to turn off the irrigation line the same day. They were to come back either of the next two days (Thursday/Friday). Not only did they not show up either day, they did not have the courtesy to contact me. After I texted them to inform them that we would be going elsewhere to get our repairs completed, I received a phone call stating that they were extremely busy, but they would definitely be back the next work day morning (Monday) to finish the job. Now it's Wednesday morning and we have not heard from them. We definitely NOT use them again and will pass this on to all of our friends.

The service technician arrived on schedule. After introducing himself, Eric got right to work and soon identified several sprinkler problems. After making needed replacements and repairs, Eric completely rechecked the system. In addition to working efficiently, I noted that the young man was polite and courteous, throughout.

He arrived on time. Actually called to see if he could arrive much earlier but I could not be home. He was courteous, explained what he was going to do and did it in a thorough manner.

Once the service was provided, it was fine. There were issues with communication - we had to call several times to remind him to finish the job. In addition, we asked him to inspect our irrigation system, which is required by our water supply company, and he the inspection, eventually submitting the required paperwork to the water company. He completed repairs to our system at his own cost because he had been difficult to get in touch with. All in all, an OK experience, but communication was a problem.

All About Irrigation did a VERY thorough job in the inspection and repair of our sprinkler system. They took the time to check the whole system for leaks, repaired & replaced multiple sprinkler heads, and repaired multiple leaks in all 7 seven zones. We would absolutely use them again without hesitation.

Showed up early, both guys did great job, attentive, worked hard to adjust sprinklers just the way I wanted, explained what they did and even marked on my map (we have large yard) what sprinklers they replaced.

Repairs went smoothly and the repairmen were very knowledgable in identifying what was required. Did not leave an English language programming book but walked through the programming over the phone. Still waiting for the programming manual.

Great! Thankfully, they called ahead to tell me they were caught in traffic and would be a little late. As it turned out, they were only 10 to 15 minutes late. The technicians went about their work in a professional manner. Everything in the sprinkler system seems to be working well.

Michael was very professional, personable and patient as I asked to make several adjustments to the length, spray pattern of my sprinker heads. The repair performed was better than the orginial installation of the T valve

Tom advised that they were booked up for about week when I set up the appointment but that was not a problem for me. We set a time and date and later I called Tom to let him know if they could come earlier on the scheduled day I was okay with that. Serviceman called the day the service was scheduled and advised he could get there earlier so I told him to come earlier which they did. Serviceman did the work quickly and professionally taking the time to answer my questions.

They were professional and prompt - no complaints.

I am very pleased with All About Irrigation...I was contacted shortly after I purchased the voucher and an appointment was set up for 9 days after my purchase. The technicians even arrived a little early to get the job done. They were very courteous and professional and performed the job in a most efficient manner. i would definitely recommend this provider.

Brandon arrived in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about our system. Everything was running perfectly by the time he left and we would call All About Irrigation again when we need sprinkler system service! This was a special price for Angie's List and well worth it. Thanks, guys.

Took too long to do work, technichian did not appear to have the parts or tools necessary to do the job correctly. Cost more than I think it should have.

The two guys were nice enough, although they showed up in an unmarked truck with no uniforms and one of them decided it was a good time for a cigarette, lol. They repaired 4 sprinkler heads. Took them a total of 15 or 20 minutes and labor alone was $110!!! Maybe this is a fair price (I don't know??) but I can't help but feel a little shafted. Apparently, I need to get into the sprinkler business! PROS: They showed up on time and fixed what they came to fix. So thanks for that. I'd use all this profit to invest in some company vehicles and uniforms though.

All About Irrigation was easily reachable and the set up of the appointment was simple. The maintenance guy arrived on the date promised and on time . The sprinkler system check up was done efficiently Everything went fine.

I had purchased a coupon for a tune up. I did not get a tune up. i did get a repair. I don't know if the coupon was applied to the repair or not. They said it was. I have no way of verifying that. Seemed high to me for what they did.
